Fun Family Place with Extras and Space

Fantastic Hosts!

Fridge with breakfast muffins and snacks and snacks on the counter. Would stay again when we get a chance. Loved the big tv in the game room. Close to everything and grocery is 2 block away. All amenities needed and stocked well. Parking is a little tight but not a problem if you dont have trucks. Loved the stay.

Great place

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Ames, Iowa! The house was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet, friendly, and welcoming. The kids had an absolute blast with the game room in the basement, and the host provided lots of snacks and goodies that they loved. Overall, it was a fun and comfortable place for our family, and we will definitely be back!

Wonderful place to stay for a family

House was exactly as described. Host communication is excellent! House has everything needed for a getaway, food, extra blankets pillows, plenty of space for larger family, and tv in every room is nice. Would highly recommend.

The house was great for our kids who stayed there. The donuts were a nice touch to welcome them. They'd like to know the brand of mattress in the downstairs bedroom so they can get one. High praise!

This house looks small from the outside but has a great amount of space. The hostess is a great communicator - always quick to respond. She also has nice touches - like providing a box of donuts, that was a hit!

This is the best experience we’ve ever had, both with the host and the property! The house is beautiful. The pictures online do not do it justice! The beds are super comfy. There were plenty of snacks and almost every amenity you could think of. Everything was super clean. The host was very quick to respond and was super accommodating to all of our requests! Will definitely be staying here again!!

The kitchen was amazing! Snacks that the Host left for us, coffee, everything you will need to cook.Felt very at home, quiet neighborhood, game room was great.If we had questions Hist would respond very quickly. We stayed 5 days and would stay again!

This is a great place to stay no matter what brings you to town! It's a great location, very spacious with so much to do. And has everything you need and more. The host is fantastic, with great communication and genuinely cares to be sure you enjoy the home. I recommend this rental with confidence that you will enjoy it as much as we did.

This place was absolutely perfect and had everything we could possibly need. The only downside of renting from Gina is that she sets the bar so high, you’ll start believing all hosts put in the same level of care and effort she does.

It was a very nice place with lots to do in the gameroom, and lots of treats left by the owner for us to ennoy.

Great place for two families. Loved the game room downstairs, kept the kids busy. Great location, close to Iowa State. It was a great place for us! We will be back!

Quiet. Walk to Mothers pub. Walk to pizza. Owner had many extra items for us.. snacks, milk, cream, fruit. By far the best VRBO as far as owner going over the top!

This property had it all! Clean, comfortable, lots of space to hang out as a family playing games and spending time together. Gina was the most generous host leaving special treats and lots of items to make our stay comfortable … more than at any property I’ve been to.

A group of women stayed together for Mom‘s weekend at their son’s fraternity. Plenty of beds, showers, mirrors, and extra amenities the host left for us, made it an awesome weekend.

Our family had a great time at Seven Oaks then going back to to the VRBO, which has great amenities!! The grandkids lived the air hockey!! Would highly recommend

Gina’s place was everything we asked for and more. The game room was awesome kids and grandkids really enjoyed themselves. We all enjoyed all the little extras Gina supplied. We will definitely check to see if her property is available the next time we head to Ames.

We booked this property for an extended holiday/football weekend, and it worked out perfectly. The property manager, Gina was great with communications, and preparing the property to our needs with a toddler. On arrival, we were very pleasantly surprised by all of the amenities, food, snacks and toiletries that were stocked in the kitchen and throughout the home. The home was clean, well decorated and thought out. The games in the basement were a big hit with everyone. We definitely plan on staying here again in the future.

My daughter is a freshman at ISU and my mother is partially disabled. We wanted to visit her but have challenges finding places that are comfortable for everyone. Gina was great answering questions about the property and keeping in touch throughout our stay to ensure everything was as expected. My mother has a lot of challenges but was very comfortable and enjoyed her time. My kids never left the basement playing games all weekend long. And this 80s baby never left the arcade table playing all of my favorite games. My family road trips all over the US and have stayed at many VRBOs and I can tell you that Gina is a top-notch host! We were greeted with treats from the bakery. She already had basic essentials in the fridge and milk. As well as fresh fruit, small boxes of cereal, chips/cookies and every variety of coffee and tea you could imagine. I have never had a host be so accommodating. It was a pleasure, and we cannot wait to return. We have 5 years ahead of us as she is going through a Master's program. :-)

We were visiting for Iowa State's Family Weekend and the house was perfect. Plenty of space, close to campus and the downstairs game room and 75 TV was a hit. Definitely would recommend staying here.
