Fun 3 Bedroom Home with Gameroom near Ark!!

Traveled with another family of three. Was great to have space to relax, hangout, play and enjoy the long weekend!!

Home was great and we’d love to visit again.

Fun stay clean house easy to find and convenient.

Game room is a huge win and so much fun for all ages! Kitchen and dining area are open and so nice for gathering with a bigger group of people. Great check in/check out process. I would say it’s difficult to sleep 9; i would recommend most comfortable for 7 people (8 if one is willing to be in basement alone, or sleep on couches upstairs). Thank you for a clean and fun home to make our stay memorable!

Great place to stay if visiting the Ark Encounter. Game room was a wonderful for the kids in the evening. Very clean.

All good. Just seemed like it was the nicest house in the neighborhood. Pictures didn’t show the backyard looked into another. But, it was nice and clean. And convenient to town. Checkout was easy. Really enjoyed it overall. Kids (and I) loved the game room.

Property is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Only a few minutes from the Ark Encounter and Walmart.

This house was very clean and the youth enjoyed the games downstairs it was perfect!!

We had a great getaway to experience thr Ark Encounter and Thanksgiving dinner...kids loved the house and so did IIIwaconvenient and great kitchen!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the property the fooseball table was enjoyable, the air conditioning worked well, and it was a nice touch with the coffee bar. We would recommend this location to anyone (non - handicapped) who is looking to spend time very close to/ at the ark.

We were blessed to be able to stay at the house. It was very convenient for going to the Ark Encounter and back. We loved the size of the kitchen. We enjoyed relaxing and eating together.

This property was decorated nicely, was fresh and clean. We had 5 adults and 4 children ages 10-14. The house really wasn't big enough for all of us to sleep but we made it work. We took advantage of the comfortable sofas. I will say though that the children had a blast in the game room! It was a little loud since there wasn't a door blocking the game room from the upstairs living quarters but it was great seeing everyone have a good time. The property manager was great. If we had any questions or concerns we just had to contact her. She responded quickly and was very helpful. Would we stay here again? Definitely! It was great for a 4 night 3 day stay.

We went to the Ark Encounter and Creation Musuem. Location of house was great for that purpose. The kids loved the game room.

Over all the house was clean and as advertised. Split level house helped separate the noise from the play room, and the bedrooms. 2.5 baths were very convenient and the laundry area very accessible. We were 'home' basically to sleep, so we hardly used anything outside. If you're looking for a good landing spot, close to the Ark Encounter, 40 minutes from Cincinnati, and a Walmart/gas station/restaurants within a mile, this is a good option.

Our stay for was only 2 nights and due to the the uncleanliness of the home we were very uncomfortable. The doors, walls, and the railings of the home were filthy. We did speak to the owner who was very kind and listened to all concerns. She stated that it would be painted over but the railings are wood and look as if they have never been cleaned. The room for the children is not as pictured with one of the beds on the floor pretty much. My kids were like umm no. One slept with me and the other with my mother. The couches were also filthy so we did not even use that space. Also, for people of color staying in the area be very mindful of your surroundings. We visited the ark of which is like 4 miles away. On the way home my family was chased off the road and had to contact the police. I could go on but just wanted to leave a honest review so others can be aware of what the pictures did not show. It was for my birthday and I must say I was disappointed and ready to leave when I got there.

clean, updated home that caters to families

This 3 bedroom, 3 bath home fit our needs. It is a split level with decks. We enjoyed the outdoors with the fire pit and grill, game room, and tvs in every room. We were gone during the day, but nice to have breakfast and dinner while there.
