It was a perfect weekend! 6 “girls” who have been friends for 50+ years gather somewhere each fall. This year they chose to come to my town for the first time. It was a perfect getaway! From Thursday-Monday we did Greeneville, Jonesborough (including the Repertory Theater), and Hot Springs. Beautiful scenery, some great food, playing games, and laughing/crying together! It was a wonderful reunion and the house could not have felt homier nor been more convenient. So cozy, clean, and well stocked. DeAnna has been fabulous to work with over the process of planning this weekend. So thankful to have this available in Greeneville and I will definitely promote it to my friends who need additional space for out of town guests. Thanks again!
Great place to stay!
We enjoyed a long weekend of exploring the area and attending the Storytelling Festival in Jonesborough. Could not have asked for a better location, and the home was a story all its own! We were comfortable and had everything we needed for cooking, entertainment, and relaxation. Fresh cinnamon bread and jam provided by host was a delicious above-and-beyond gesture. Highly recommend!
Great place to stay! Clean and comfortable. We plan on booking here again in the future :)
perfect for what we were needing
We were in town for the NJCAA National baseball tournament at Tusculum University…it was my husband and I with my parents and was the perfect set up for what we needed!
Fully equipped for every need
Comfortable for our family, kitchen great for cooking Thanksgiving dinner. Kids enjoyed game room. Loved the history of the house and the antique furniture. The mattress in the back bedroom super comfy/cushy, especially when over tired and didn’t want to move. Thank you for sharing your home with our family.
Super clean historic home, beautifully renovated! Comfortable beds, plenary of room for the kids for entertainment. The koi pond was fun to watch too, especially for the kiddos! Will definitely book again! Highly recommend!
This property was great for our group of friends as we were in town for a wedding. The house is very spacious and clean. Highly recommend!
Very nice stay and very clean!! The only downside is one of the bathroom sinks was not functioning and draining properly. Other than that it was prefect !
Better than advertised! The house was amazing as was the location.
A fantastic property for our family. Our daughter plays at Tusculum University and we came in for Parents weekend. Beds were very comfortable as were the linens. We were very comfortable and the property did not lack on amenities.
We were in town for a wedding and the property could not have been more prefect! Beautifully renovated home in a great location. The home reminded me of my childhood, so many beautiful touches throughout , enjoyed reading about the history. Great communication with the host! Wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend!
Property was just as advertised. Great location and very clean, comfortable place to stay. Highly recommend!
Great stay in a special and wonderful home. The house is impeccably clean and lovely.
From beginning to end, the rental of this property and our stay was a pleasant experience.
I loved everything about the property. It was walkable from downtown, had plenty of rooms, and even had a pretty pond. It was renovated very well and my friends from around the US loved it.
Smaller rooms upstairs but made up for it with a large finished basement. We didn't spend as much time at the house since we were there for a wedding and mini vacation. Several family members stopped by the loved the house, especially the covered front porch. Came in handy when the one of the kids walked back and didn't have a key to get in. He waited out if the sun on the amazing swing on the front porch. Hosts were great when it last day's plans changed and allowed us to cancel the 4th night's stay at the last minute. Would recommend this house to anyone.
Loved the property and the way it was renovated with such care for the history of the house. Loved being able to walk to the Farmers Market and downtown area. Very comfortable and we enjoyed the goose all and other game tables when the weather war right for staying indoors.
