Greeneville, Tennessee
Quaint farmhouse built in 1934 recently renovated in the past year. Two bedrooms and one bathroom, living room and eat in kitchen with mud room/laundry room, and gazebo. This house sits on two acres with the Cherokee National forest as a backdrop. Close to hiking, biking and equestrian trails this is the perfect getaway. Easy access to historic Greeneville and the Niswonger Performing Arts Center. Within an hour you can be in Asheville, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Dollywood, Johnson City, Jonesborough or Kingsport. Hot Springs is only 25 miles away. We do have two outdoor security cameras on the premises.
Location was perfect!! It was exactly what we were looking for.
Very blessed staying, peaceful, nice community.
Very quiet, comfortable place to stay
The Little Davis Farmhouse was so cute! Enjoyed sitting on the porch and talking to the cows while having coffee We loved driving the back roads taking in the beautiful scenery. Went to Cottons for breakfast. It was like stepping back in time. Locals gather there and the people were so nice! Great food too! Cathie was very responsive with any questions I had. We would definitely stay here again.
The property is well-kept with nice updates. Yes, the ceilings aren't 9' as in many homes now, but I wouldn't expect that. We had everything we needed to cook our meals. Beds were comfortable. And we enjoyed sitting on the wrap around porch listening to the cows. The property owners were very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.
The host was nice and responsive. Be aware the property ceilings are very low. I am 5’1” and I could touch the ceilings. There are little step ups at the room thresholds making for falls and stub toes. Due to the low ceilings and small steps I am only able to give 3 stars. The property was well stocked, even the cabinet in the bathroom was stocked.
We enjoyed our time there. Very comfortable bed and plenty of seating. Enjoyed listening to the cows with my morning coffee on the front porch. If you enjoy being off the beaten path you will like it here. Good wifi, shower was nice and warm, well stocked kitchen. We would stay again for sure, and recommend.
The properly and house were beautiful and host as nice as could be. We will be back.
We really enjoyed staying here in the countryside. I loved the FULLY stocked kitchen!! Beds were comfortable. Because it is a true little farm house the ceilings are low. ( not a bad thing but something to note)
Clean place. Very quiet. Nice views. Great host. A great place to stay.
My wife and I enjoyed the peace, comfort, and relaxation we were treated to at Little Davis Farmhouse.
If you are looking for a little piece of heaven away from the hustle and bustle, this is it! Far enough out of town to be totally peaceful. House was also very clean!
We stayed for a long weekend to visit with our daughter and watch her indoor tournament. This farmhouse was perfectly equipped for our family dinners and relaxing quality time. Beds were comfortable as well as towels, etc. will definitely be back soon!!!!
Very easy and nice!
This quaint little getaway house will let you escape the hustle of today, if just for a little while. It can transport you back to a simpler time, but with all the modern amenities. One can take time to enjoy mother nature at it's finest, or curl up with a good book in this home snuggled in the foothills of the Great Smokey Mountains. We couldn't have been more pleased with this place, well maybe if we could have stayed longer. Hope you enjoy your stay luke we enjoyed ours.
Charming country setting. Very clean good communication with property manager.
This home was clean, cute and comfortable. The house is well taken care of and properly clean. Both of the beds are very comfortable. It was about an hour drive from Dollywood and the location was very peaceful. The host was so sweet. We were very happy with our stay!
This was a quaint little house. We loved it. Would stay here again.
We loved our visit at the farmhouse. It was very peaceful and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well furnished with anything that you might need. We would easily love to call it home.
We decided last minute to add on a day to our Asheville vacation and hike Max Patch in Hot Springs. We knew this property would be a bit of a drive from Max Patch, but it was the only thing available for a last minute weekend booking, and a better choice than trying to drive back to Nashville. late in the day. We are so glad we were not deterred by the distance. The cozy house was immaculately clean and the farm was beautiful. We had a restful night's sleep and woke up to enjoy coffee on the porch while watching nearby cows and horses before our drive home. We would definitely stay at this property again. (My daughter said she wished we lived there.)
Cozy little house with everything we needed. I would stay here again.
