Very nice historic house on a farm. Our dog loved the space. We enjoyed playing pickle ball on their cement court and walking or sitting in the yard. Very peaceful!

Amazing stay. We also rented the big house and was perfect for our wedding weekend in Montrose. Was clean, comfortable and spacious. The host was accommodating and communicative. Very much appreciated for everything.

This is a wonderful property. One of the very best VRBOs we’ve experienced. Great host too!

My wife, dog and I stayed four nights, then an extra night in this wonderfully renovated and furnished farmhouse just west of downtown Montrose. The house and the large property are surrounded by multiple working farms and have quick access to downtown, box and grocery stores, Culver’s, or the pine forest and Ridgeway, south and west of town. Our small dog was totally in heaven with the well manicured landscaped yard. The bathrooms and kitchen had updated fixtures and old style appliances that all functioned very well. We enjoyed the feel of the old farmhouse with the oak floors, the numerous old double hung windows, the wood stove, outdoor grille, washer-dryer and the very comfortable beds. It was a special place that our host takes much pride in and is very accommodating. We will be back!

We had such a great time at your property! We used the two properties to host a 4 day 4 generation family reunion. Not everyone stayed onsite but every evening we would gather under the stars to break bread, tell stories and make memories. Thank you again for such a wonderful backdrop.

Stayed here for 3 days with our pup. Yard was nice to for her to run around. House was very comfortable and provided everything we needed. Beds.pillows were comfy. A/C was useful on one particularly hot day.

This place was perfect for our large group. We rented both houses on the property and we all fit very comfortably. The house was well stocked and very comfortable. We had plenty of room to park trailers and trucks. We really enjoyed reading the history of the houses and farm. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We can’t wait to go back!

This beautiful farmhouse has tons of historical value (over 100 years old). The home is charming and has a bunch of quirkiness that makes it fun. The loft upstairs for the kids was a neat space for them. The yard is amazing with monster trees, tons of green grass, and a stream. It is well-stocked and clean. The owner was amazing and let us extend our stay twice, as we enjoyed the area so much. We had a great time staying here.
