Clean, comfortable, and vintage! Four bedroom, two bathroom home on Folly Beach, with a spacious private outdoor deck and fully fenced in yard, lots of natural light, and original heart pine flooring. This home also features two full kitchens, one upstairs and one downstairs. Located on a safe and quiet street, the home is very private due to lush landscaping. You'll be a five-minute walk to the beach, and just a few short blocks from the beach and from Folly's famous Bert's Market; set in the laid-back residential Folly Beach community that's often referred to as "The Edge of America".
Furnishings in the home include comfy leather sofas and additional chairs, flat screen TVs and cool vintage artwork to play up our hipster vibe. The open floor plan invites use of the well equipped kitchen with updated appliances. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and has a cleanable filter, and a disposable paper filter can be used if desired. There is one King bedroom and one Queen bedroom upstairs, and one King bedroom and one Queen bedroom downstairs. Bedrooms have quality linens, bedside furniture with adequate reading light, a flat-screen TV and custom furniture cabinetry.
We are dog friendly! We have a one-time pet fee of $110 per dog for reservations up to three nights, and $150 per dog for reservations for four or more nights. The pet fee is added once your reservation is confirmed.
This vintage home is 1,900 square feet. There is a propane grill. This home has a private driveway for four vehicles, and is located very close to the beach, downtown Charleston, shopping, restaurants and much more.
As a friendly reminder, we do not allow parties or events; our homes are intended for quiet stays. This home is equipped with noise monitoring technology to ensure a peaceful environment for our guests and neighbors.

cute, quirky house , great location , dissapointed that we were told we could continue our stay and suddenly were unable to due to another reservation , would have appreciated the communication that we were no longer able to rent for 3 more weeks . Appreciated the veteran discount and would have loved to have continued our stay . great house !
