Winter view of Satula Mountain. Full kitchen with updated appliances and full size washer/dryer. Large double deck to sit and watch nature while you have a glass of wine or coffee! Being so close to town, you truly have the best of both worlds in this quiet mountain retreat! Wide plank hardwood floors throughout, fresh paint, large library with huge picture windows to sit and read and enjoy the natural beauty of the Highlands! Walk to downtown and Mirror Lake or make the short drive. If you are going in town to an event, or some thing, fancy or at night, you will want to drive and not walk. Please note that we, thankfully, are not inside the zoning areas where short term rentals are being restricted In Highlands after 2023 and we do not support the actions of Town of Highlands in restricting our fellow short term rental neighbors in Highlands and have given money to their cause, even though we are outside the zoning restrictions.
