Exceptional Clubhouse offers both indoor & outdoor pools, fitness center, game room, hot tub, steam room, fishing docks, boat slips, kayak launch, tennis and pickle ball courts. 2024 Clubhouse Fee TBD. Owner requires minimum rental age of 28 years old to sign lodging agreement. Mini week rentals will include additional cleaning fee of $135.00. The lessee shall not use the home electric grid to charge/re-charge any battery electric vehicle.
