Hosts were very communicative, limo was very convenient to get into the city. Place was perfect for us.

The home was fresh smelling when we arrived. Comfortable beds and the accommodations very close to our wedding chapel. Overall a nice stay for the night. What was disappointing- the Limo service showing up late making us late to our dinner reservations that were 17 miles away and it smelling so strongly of weed we couldn’t ride; the ac/heat unit would not work in the main downstairs, so it was too cold for our elderly family members. Communication with host was fine until I asked about the air unit so we could have some warmth, then never heard from them again. The place, itself, was just what we needed.

I loved how much room we had for our family! It’s a beautiful home, very clean and has all the amenities we could have asked for.

Amazing house to stay at, we saw deer in the yard and loved the ping pong and pool table. 6 bedrooms was fantastic!

The property was booked for a wedding and accommodated a large group of 22 guests. Upon arrival, we immediately encountered significant issues that impacted the usability of the home. One of the bathrooms had a shower that was completely unusable due to a leak, which the host acknowledged had occurred previously and could not be repaired during our stay. This was not disclosed prior to check-in, and it significantly reduced bathroom availability for a large group.In addition, the property was not properly cleaned. The upstairs bathroom was not clean upon arrival and no cleaning supplies were provided. Throughout the home, there were visible stains, peeling along the stairway, and general signs that the property had not been well maintained. The sofa was worn with missing pieces of fabric. In the master bedroom, there were stains on the carpet, and there was also an odor consistent with urine in the bathroom area.Due to the reduced bathroom capacity, some guests were forced to secure hotel accommodations at additional cost. These issues were reported during the stay but were not resolved.Overall, the condition of the property did not reflect the listing description or the standard of cleanliness and maintenance expected for a group stay of this size. It was a disappointing first experience with Vrbo, especially given the importance of the occasion.The only good thing about this property was the limo and the game room.

The limo was fun, but it was 45 minutes late for each pickup so plan accordingly.Unfortunately, we had some significant maintenance and amenity issues that the host failed to address. While the listing shows 4 bathrooms, there are only 3 showers. One was broken upon arrival, leaving only 2 functional showers for a very large group. We had no access to the community pool (the code they gave us didn't work) , TV, or internet during our stay. Additionally, many items in the game room and throughout the property were broken. Finally, the house was poorly stocked; we found only one washcloth for the entire house and no kitchen essentials like potholders.During our stay, the host responded, but made no attempt to resolve these issues. After our stay, we attempted to contact the owners multiple times to resolve these issues before posting this review. They failed to respond to us and ignored inquiries from VRBO as well.If you strictly need a large floor plan and decent price and do not care about the listed amenities or host support, this house works. However, if you are looking for a little extra, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

This house is conveniently located near Chapel Dulcinea. Check-in/out was easy. We had a hard time getting wi-fi and televisions to work. There may have been an outage that we didn’t know about during our entire stay. The game stick for game console was missing and so was a remote. The maintenance guy told us he would bring one, but didn’t return. We didn’t let our kids jump on the trampoline because the netting was broken. There was a community pool up the hill that we thought was on the property. The house was not dirty, but it could use a deep clean and some yard work. The guests before us broke the third shower so hopefully that is fixed before the next guests arrive. We made it work with two showers, but a third shower is much needed for the number of people staying the house. The limo service was good. Overall, it was big enough for our guests and we appreciated the prompt communication with our host.

Our group of 16 had an incredible stay at this property! Finding a home that comfortably accommodates a large group can be a challenge, but this 6-bedroom house handled all of us with ease. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax without feeling crowded.One of the coolest perks was the limo available for rent. It was incredibly easy to coordinate and use, adding a special touch to our trip and making transportation a breeze.To top it all off, the host was fantastic—extremely responsive, helpful, and attentive to any questions we had before and during our stay.Highly recommend this place to anyone hosting a large family gathering or group trip. We would absolutely stay here again!

The house was amazing! So much to do and so much space! Amazing for big groups and the limo was perfect! Helped us get anywhere we wanted for prom! The hosts were excellent and amazing at communication and making sure our stay was 5 stars!

Great game room. Pool table, ping pong, spacious. Very big and spacioud room. Limo is available but its an older limo and need schedule 1 week in advance.

Host was welcoming, appreciate the responses and allowing for early check in but house is very dirty.

Bait and switch. Gave driver needs many weeks in advance and received a notice on a Friday P.M. 3 bay Jess days prior to arrival limo service was suspended for my stay 72 hours prior to arrival. I sent a request to be reimbursed for UBEr driver l for the same schedule I provide the vrbo contact and I as told would check with Managment. I have never heard back from them. The sliding glass rear door doesn’t lock and sent the owner a note they said to ouch hard. It still did not lock. In my case they car and driver was simply was not toe ibises as advertised.

Great place to stay! We had a large group and everyone had plenty of room.

Amazing house

Riley was great to work with, very quick to answer any questions we had prior and during our stay. Great house for wedding reception or family reunion, Chapel Dulcenia is within walking distance! Very spacious! Only thing I’d sauggest is bring dish towels and hot pads if you plan on cooking. Property is highly recommended

BEST STAY EVER! The house is very spacious and was able to accommodate my large party size easily. It’s also very clean and there’s more than enough towels for everyone. The hosts are very communicative and helpful. There’s so many amenities (games, karaoke, trampoline) !!!!! We had a ball here. My group also made use of the limo service and went downtown to 4th and 6th street. It came exactly on time for pick up and drop off. The drive was only 20 minutes. Everything just worked out perfectly. I’m so grateful to have found this place. My birthday celebration went amazing here. 10/10 recommend.

The house was huge. 3 bedrooms upstairs, 3 downstairs and plenty of extra mattresses. The game room was great! Some of our guests complained that upstairs was a little hot. We were also able to check in early, but wish we were notified more than two hours before our initial check in time, since we were coming from out of town! Overall, great property and would stay there again!

My husband and I got married this weekend at Chapel Dulcinea. This place was VERY close (2 minute walk). The owners communicated with us very well. It was very clean and had all the things we needed for our stay. Would highly recommend!

The house was clean, they had extra mattresses upstairs just in case. The Limo service arrived on time and went smoothly (if you don’t want hot pink Limo I would specify ahead of time lol). Property was huge, they had a pool table and ping pong, air hockey , lots of board games and TVs. The kitchen was also big and everyrhing worked super.

If you are looking to minimize the cost to stay in this area for a LARGE group, then this place fits the bill. We were only 5, plus an infant, attending a family wedding nearby by and the Free Limo seemed like a great idea! We could take a limo to each event and not have to drive 2 cars. We sent a detailed itinerary to the host 8 days before check-in. The limo driver called me 4 minutes before a pickup and said he was still 45 minutes away. We drove ourselves since we would have been late. Then that evening, they cancelled our limo ride for the reception. We drove ourselves. Thankfully (I think), we had a limo for the wedding the next day (hot pink - sorry for showing you up, Bride!). The rental floor was dirty (grandson's feet, hands, and knees needed a bath after crawling around for 15 min on the kitchen floor. As I started with, if you need a party pad, then this place would work, but otherwise, you can find better values elsewhere.

The property is MASSIVE and fits so many people!

The house had plenty of room for our family and we had many hours of fun with the things in the game room, the time around the table playing cards and dominos and the backyard was perfect for hanging out and cooking. Thank you for the time this weekend!!! We loved the house!!!

House was great and met all our needs. Riley was great to work with and was in constant contact.would stay again if in the area.

Plenty of in-home activities in the oversized game room; air hockey, mini basketball hoops, pool table and regulation size table tennis. Outside is 10,000 sqft secure fenced backyard with trampoline. Younger kids were tired come night fall.

We had a wedding at the chapel nearby and this place was very big and perfect for all of us to gather and enjoy! So close to the chapel as well. Just perfect for all of us to have a great time. My Grandchildren enjoyed the game room so much!

This house was perfect for entertaining a group of 20 college softball teammates. It had a large game room and tons of space throughout the house and a ton of beds!

Really good, wasn’t any issues. Bigger than I thought it would be.
