Franklin, My Dear... is 5 minutes away from downtown Franklin!

Interior is nice. Great location between downtown Franklin and Green Hills Mall (our favorite).

Absolutely a beautiful house with everything you need. Kitchen fully stocked. Quiet neighborhood

The kitchen was fully equipped although we didn't prepare any meals there - enjoyed many of the wonderful Franklin restaurants!House was very clean, and the neighborhood was conveniently located and quiet.We had a comfortable and cozy stay!

I would give it 6 stars if possible .

We love Franklin, so everything was within driving distance. Nice quiet neighborhood, great for families with kids with the play area. We just relaxed and I read the beautiful Bible on table. Very clean home and taken care of.

Beautiful home in a quaint neighborhood! My family loved everything about this property. Each bedroom was beautifully decorated and featured a comfortable king bed for a good night of slumber. The kitchen was well equipped and so pleasant to work in and sit at the bar to eat and visit. Our favorite was the sunroom and the ping pong! Location was perfect for our family close to grocery store, and Franklin shopping. Heather and Josh were great hosts both available and responsive! So thankful for the beautiful stay and fun memories made hear at “Franklin, My Dear”.

Not only was the property perfect for our longer visit; we also found the neighborhood friendly and great for early morning walks.

We had 3 couples stay in this charming home while in town for a wedding. The location was great with proximity to downtown Franklin in a quiet neighborhood. It was very clean and comfortable for our group. We enjoyed the firepit and lights as well as the screened in porch. We played a little ping ping as well! The hosts were great communicating with us. I would definitely recommend this vrbo and stay again sometime!

This house was perfect for us because we were visiting family in various areas surrounding Nashville and it was only 20 minutes from everywhere! Great communication with Heather and the softest sheets you could ever ask for. We loved the coffee & s’mores supplies. Thanks so much!

This house was perfect for a family stay, in town for a wedding. A very comfortable space. We especially loved the backyard - the creek, fire pit, and sunroom were so lovely!

I rented this home for myself and my adult daughter since it’s just a few miles from Franklin and we wanted to be close to all the cuteness DTF has to offer with the shops and restaurants. This home is already cozy,with a great combo of new modern furniture mixed with older antiques.But they had it all decorated with a Christmas tree and decorations in every room which made it even more special. Great quiet neighborhood. Comfy beds! It was a cold weekend, but the heat worked great so we stayed very warm! We will definitely rent this one again!

This is one of the best VRBO’s That I have stayed in. The home is charming, well lit and inviting. The communication with the owner was great. Exactly as described and more. I would definitely recommend this as one of my all time favorites. The beds are extremely comfortable too!

Everything was exactly as described. Very clean and well-decorated home. I appreciated that it felt like real people lived there and cared about the space and environment (compared to some rentals that have the bare minimum from IKEA and wayfair). I wish it were better weather so we could've used the fire pit and hammock. Kitchen supplies were great. We were 4 adults and two kids 3yrs old.

We really enjoyed the comfort of our stay. The kitchen was nicely appointed. We had everything we needed. A bonus was the neighbors cute little kitten who visited us every time we returned from an outing. Would recommend this home to anyone visiting Franklin.

Comfortable beds to come “home” to after long days of touring Nashville and Lynchburg. Clean and nicely decorated.

Everything was great and as promised. Had contact with the property manager anytime that I wanted and everything went great.
