We have landscapers and pool cleaners who will be at the house from time to time. They make their own schedule and may arrive during your visit. They will be outside only.

There is a brush pile in the fenced-in pasture area.

*Please note, the Host will collect a damage deposit directly, prior to your stay.

Please be respectful of the decor and the space itself. We`ve put a lot of time and energy into making and keeping this home beautiful, if you ruin something or break our house rules, you will be responsible for the cost to fix or replace the items.

No loud noise at nighttime. This is a residential community, please respect our neighbors.
