Four-season retreat with fireplace, firepit, grill, WiFi & central AC

Everything was great! Easy check in and check out. Beautiful property that’s close to a lot of the lakes and attractions but far enough away for that country feeling. Property worked perfect for my extended family’s summer vacation.

Wanted a quick weekend getaway up north and this house was perfect for it. Lots of space for 9 adults and great amenities (large fully stocked kitchen, grill, fire pit, TVs, etc). Central to lots of activities in the area. Very clean and updated house. Would stay again!

We recently spent a week at this rental property and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming, making check in and communication seamless throughout the entire stay.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, clean and well cared for rental!

We went up to the Lodge for an early fall getaway. We've stayed at this residence before and loved how homey it felt to us. We love driving up to Traverse City, going out to eat, do some shopping and going to Altonen Orchards, to get the states BEST honey crisp apples. Even if it's raining, the owners have a nice assortment of games and movies to enjoy. Will definitely be back again.

House was very clean and kitchen had everything you could need. Plenty of room for a large family to enjoy. House was close to Frankfort, dunes and Traverse city.

Very nice and comfortable, just as listed. You may want to take your own cleaning supplies such as Clorox wipes, as nothing is provided.

We enjoyed staying in this beautiful home, which has enough room for two families. It was nicely decorated with modern amenities. Wifi signal was great and we appreciated the smart TV. We had everything we needed. We had a little trouble opening the lock upon arrival and had to wait about 15-20 minutes on hold before someone was able to talk to us. Once we got into the property, we had no issues after that and had a great stay. Location is a bit isolated. It's about 35 min drive from Traverse City, 30 min from Frankfort and Arcadia, and 15 min from Interlochen. The closest Family Fare we found for groceries was about 15 min away.

This property is secluded and extremely nice and comfortable inside and out. If you’re booking a trip up north to get away or have plans to go enjoy some outdoor activities on Crystal Mountain, this is the place to be. Very large and self explanatory, all thing in home are labeled and easy to locate. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a comfortable stay especially if you have a larger group and everyone wants to sleep comfortably.

We skied all weekend at Crystal Mountain, which was an easy 10 min drive from the house. It snowed a lot the night we got in… went skiing the next morning & came home to a plowed driveway, which was very pleasant surprise!! The property is surrounded (front and back) by woods! It’s Very pretty! Would definitely stay there again! More than enough space for our family of 6! You Could have 2 families stay there, easily!

THIS HOME WAS PERFECT FOR OUR LONG WEEKEND GETAWAY. EVERYTHING WE NEEDED, WAS THERE. ALL WE NEEDED TO BRING WAS OUR FOOD, DRINK, CLOTHES AND GOOD FRIENDS. THEY HAD DVD'S, GAMES AND A GREAT FIRE PIT TO ENJOY. IT WAS A WONDERFUL VACATION SPOT....CLOSE TO SO MANY SIGHT SEEING DESTINATIONS ON OUR LIST. NOW THAT WE KNOW HOW LARGE THIS HOME REALLY IS, WE ARE LOOKING FORWARD TO COMING BACK AND BRINGING MORE FRIENDS NEXT TIME.
