Rental Agency The communication with the rental agency representative was excellent, always responsive in a prompt manner. Pricing was fair and clear. Not a lot of additional fees or charges. Check in was easy using the touch pad and the information provided well ahead of time. Facilities and Location Great updated ranch style house. One story, just what the doctor ordered for us older travelers. Three baths and three bedrooms with quality bedding fit our three couple needs well. Two living spaces worked out well when the guys and gals wanted their own space. The kitchen was outstanding - well equipped with modern appliances and cookware. Great gas stove and a new Bosch dishwasher. It can get chilly in the summer and having a gas fireplace was a nice amenity. The cherry on top is the exceptional patio with its privacy and very extensive and comfortable furniture - it also comes with 3 to 4 deer roaming through twice a day! It was like a park setting. While the ocean is not next door, the property is well located close to a great mall with a movie theater and grocery store. Getting down to the Old Fisherman’s Wharf and downtown was an easy 2 minute drive or 20 minute walk. -

We enjoyed our stay at Forest Mist. The home is convenieñt, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Kyle and his entire team were professional, responsive, and efficient.
