    Our stay was perfect and problem free. A is roomy, bright, well stocked and clean. Location is ideal for restaurants of all types, grocery, Aquarium, Coastal Path and more. We hope to return next year.

    I feel so at home in this perfect nest, that I would love to make it my permanent home. It is just in front of the walking/ biking path that runs all along the bay, and is just slightly uphill from Cannery Row with great shops and restaurants. There is a grocery less than a block away , and the Aquarium is next door. There is parking for those with a car, and easy access to a clean and comfortable bus for those who prefer to leave the driving to others. UPS is about 2 blocks away and CVS pharmacy is just slightly further. In other words, even seniors can walk to everything they need, and all this in Camelot.

    Wonderful complete apartment in a beautiful environment near the bay and near shops. Great place for walking. Kitchen very complete with all cooking needs. Enjoyed my stay.

    This unit exceeded our expectation. It was clean, lots of light, plenty of space, well stocked and very comfortable. We expected to not like parking in the garage down the street but that ended up ok. The grocery store just down the street was great. We have spent time in the area for the last 20 years and this ranks in the top.

    We have spent a wonderful month every summer for the past eight (8) years at Ocean Wave A. The condo is always clean and well supplied. The location is so centrally located! There are so many restaurants within walking distance and the world class aquarium is just around the corner. Ashley and Michelle are SO pleasant and helpful...they make sure you have everything you need.....they are the best! Yes, we have already reserved “our” Ocean Wave A for 2019.

    Great location with great view of humanity passing by, especially on the recreation trail. Property Management Office is conveniently below and the people there are wonderfully responsive to our every need and pleasantly friendly as well! A great vacation spot!!!!

    This was our seventh year of spending a month at 816A Wave Street and we have already reserved it for the month of August 2018. It is wonderful! Management goes above and beyond to make sure we have every thing we need. Ashley and Michele are the greatest!!! We enjoy all of the great restaurants which are within just a few short blocks. The coastal walking trail next to the condo is one of our favorite things to do. We park our car in the parking garage and never use it until our stay is over! And of course the Monterey Bay Aquarium is just next door so we buy annual passes which enables us to visit as often as we wish. It is the perfect vacation spot.

    This unit is one of the two on the second floor of the house where the Monterey Rentals office is located. The location is very central: the recreation trail runs along the back of the house, Cannery Row is a block or two away as is the Aquarium, and everything one needs is within a walking distance. The downside of this is that it can get pretty noisy, but we think the advantages outweigh this inconvenience. The unit itself is very pleasant, with a nice floor plan that makes the best of the space. The living room furniture is comfortable. The bedroom is very spacious, with a comfortable bed and sufficient closet space, shelves and drawers to unpack into. Off the bedroom is a nice porch facing the rec trail. Regrettably, the outdoor furniture is very much the worse for wear, being left outside uncovered at all times. We opted for getting our own outdoor chairs. There is also a narrow porch on the other side of the house, facing the parking lot. For parking, one gets a card for a public garage two blocks away. One can also park in the little parking lot in front of the house when the office is closed. We had a very nice stay there, right in the middle of all that Monterey has to offer.

    We have been coming to Monterey for almost 20 years; this was the first time we rented a place for a month. Our stay at Ocean Wave A was amazing, much beyond what we had expected. The unit has an open floor plan, windows allowing the bright sunshine in and stocked with all the amenities needed for a perfect stay. The location is unbeatable; steps from the path along the ocean, Starbucks, restaurants, and a grocery store just a block away. We quickly fell into a wonderful routine, never wanting to leave. In fact, we already reserved our stay for next fall. What a gem; I almost hate to tell others about it. You won't be disappointed. Oh, and the staff from Monterey Rentals are top notch; so responsive and ready to help in any way to make your stay the best!

    Ocean Wave A was fantastic. The Apartment was clean, well decorated and in a perfect location. It truly felt like a home away from home. My wife and I both like to walk so the location suited us well. The paved walking trail was just below the Apartment so we often took a leisurely walk to Fishermans Wharf or Lovers Point. The apratment is also one block from cannery Row and just steps from restaurants. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone interested in spending time in this area. We have been vacationing in Monterey since 1988 and this is by far the most appealing place that we have stayed.
