This New spacious 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath twin house / townhouse at Forest Landing near Bethany Beach just 3.5 miles to Bethany Beach and close to all that the area has to offer.

The main floor features a incredible spacious great room complete with breakfast room, kitchen, family room and lovely screened porch. . The chef inspired kitchen features granite countertops, a gas stove and stainless steel appliances. The extra large first floor master bedroom suite features a king size bed withpremium mattress. The the master bath features a dual vanity and a large walk-in tiled shower. The laundry room features a high efficiency full size washer and dryer for your convenience. There is also half bath powder room. There is also a two-car garage that can be used for either parking or storage.

The second floor comes complete with three additional bedrooms, one of which doubles as an extra large family room with an extra large sectional sofa and big screen TV. There is also a full bath on the 2nd floor and a loft which providesa a gathering space for playing board games or a great spot to hide away and enjoy a good book.

THe home includes Central A/C, a chef inspired kitchen, washer, dryer and more. Parking available in two-car-garage, plus driveway and a few community spaces across from the house that are first come/first serve. STRICT Non-smoking and STRICT NO PETS allowed.

For your convenience, Bethany Beach Home Rentals offers an optional Home Linens Package. The Linens Package is specific to your home and will include bath towels, bed sheets, and bathmats delivered to your home prior to your arrival.

1 Bathmat per Full Bathroom based on the properties Full Bathroom Count
FREE Delivery and Pickup

All items are professionally cleaned and shrink-wrapped. Your Linens will be neatly packaged in a canvis bag and delivered to your home prior to your arrival. You will be responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.

Please Note: The Linens Package Option can be selected directly on reservations made through the Bethany Beach Home Rentals Website. For reservations made on the Airbnb, Vrbo, or any other Vacation Rental Website, the Linens Package Option will be emailed to you shortly after you've completed your reservation.

Rental Guests can also choose to bring or rent their own linens.
Welcome Email
You will receive a Welcome Email 18 Days prior to your Arrival Date. The email will contain a wealth of information about your vacation home. Please let us know if you have any questions once you receive the email.

Outdoor Monitoring: The home may have an outdoor security camera and / or video doorbell installed. If present, these devices are strictly for outdoor security monitoring and safety purposes.

Lease Agreement: Please be advised that by completing a reservation with Bethany Beach Home Rentals you are agreeing to all of the Terms and Conditions in the Lease. Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy can also be found on our Bethany Beach Home Rentals Website.

COVID-19 Cleaning and sanitizing procedures
We have upgraded our procedures and taking extra care in cleaning and sanitizing each vacation home. We follow approved guidelines to ensure each home is carefully sanitized before your arrival. Surfaces are disinfected using approved products. This includes counter tops, frequently touched items like doorknobs, light switches, and remote controls. At Bethany Beach Home Rentals your safety is a top priority. We have put these extra measures in place to allow you comfort and peace of mind during your stay in our homes.

We are the exclusive agents for this home. We can answer any questions you have, either by phone or by email, and we can put together a rental reservation to lock the home for you for the dates that you are requesting.
Community Amenities & Features: The amenities at Forest Landing include a spacious 4,000 square foot clubhouse with a fitness center and locker rooms, 7,000 square foot outdoor pool, sun lawn, playground, rec area, 2 tennis courts which are lit at night, a fire pit and walking trails through the forested wetlands.

Notes: Forest Landing's community outdoor pool is open from late May to late September. Pool hours are 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and it is not lifeguarded (hours and operations subject to change without notice). As part of this reservation we will provide you with free access to the resort amenities.
