Description

Relax, unwind, and experience the beach and all there is to discover in Frankford like a local! You'll love this 3-bedroom house close to the ocean, yet somehow in the woods, on a private lot in a peaceful neighborhood 1.5 miles from Bethany Beach Boardwalk. Sip your coffee while watching the breathtaking sunrise from the front porch or stargaze from the woodsy backyard.

This home features three thoughtfully furnished bedrooms: a king bed, two queen beds, and a twin bed, perfect for couples, families or groups seeking something unique and upscale. Two full and newly renovated bathrooms (one upstairs, one down) so guests can refresh and unwind comfortably after a day of seeing the local sights. There's a light-filled dining nook and fast wifi-- perfect to set up your remote office, if you need to catch up on work while you're here.

We are 1.5 miles from Bethany Boardwalk and a 20-minute drive from Rehoboth's outlets and fabulous downtown shops. Paddleboarding on the Assawoman Canal is a stone's throw away. Assateague, where you can see horses running free on the beach, is less than a half hour's drive away as is Berlin, MD, the coolest small town in America. I didn't bring a pet. This place was better than it was described. An excellent, clean house, close to the beach. Found a few local restaurants that were very good. I definitely would book here again! Owner responded promptly to all communication.
