Fish The San Juan River Quality Waters at Navajo Dam

Our only issue was that the dishwasher didn't work out entire trip. We found ourselves doing dishes after every meal vs loading the in the dishwasher.Their were also 3 deck chairs missing bolts that secured the seats. They were unusable.Other than those issues, we thought the house was very nice.

Wonderful house with gate access right on the river. We enjoyed the 5 (!) real bedrooms, 3 with private bathrooms, 1 additional bathroom in the common area.This VRBO was FULLY appointed with a large, modern kitchen, spacious living room and a fabulous view of the SJR from the back deck with a large functional bbq grill.Beds were comfortable, flatscreens abound, quiet neighborhoods and privacy.Our host Rod was on top of everything with timely communications, quick responses to our few questions and was most hospitable. After staying at 5 different VRBOs over the years we all commented this is where we’ll be reserving in the coming fishing trips. Fishing? It was outstanding too!Thank you Rod for of your help.

Everything was excellent. The kitchen looks as though it has been recently updated with new appliances and nice pots/pans/utensils/etc. There was even a spice rack! The beds and pillows were comfortable. There is plenty of space, it was clean and well-managed. It is a very quiet and relaxing environment. Thank you kindly for a lovely weekend.

The house was a great place for us to stay while we fished the San Juan. Our host, Rodney, kept me posted about the home and was very accommodating. Plenty of room for everyone.

Property would benefit from an extensive deep clean. Inside was dusty and cob webs present in many of the rooms. No vacuum on the property. Bathroom shower had mold and mildew, toilets not clean (urine stains on the wall behind toilet). Level of cleanliness was disappointing. The furniture was in fair condition however, two of the bar stools kept coming apart and two of the chairs in the living room are broken. One of the benefits of the property is the backyard that faces the river. Unfortunately we were unable to enjoy or use this space until we cleaned up a large amount of dog poop and cleaned out numerous cigarette and cigar butts out of the fire pit. Host was responsive, but unable to assist with issues that arose due to the maintenance person being off for the holidays. There are plenty of cooking utensils, pots, pans and silverware. Also, there were plenty of rooms for our family to stay in.

This house was the best place for our family for our annual fishing trip. Very well equipped and all the basics to make us comfortable. We will definitely be back.

This was our 3rd stay and an ideal house for our friend group. Great communication with the owner from booking until after our stay! We rented a boat for a day on the lake and also explored all the public river fishing access nearby. The last couple of times the fishing in the backyard has been really good, but they were releasing water this time so it was very high. But with a little exploring, we found productive fishing spots. Will return for sure!

This is our 8th year of staying in this home. It's so warm, welcoming and comfortable! Very beautiful and so much fun!

We have stayed at this house multiple times. The house is clean. Good location for fishing at Navajo or the San Juan.

Had an amazing time just relaxing and reminiscing with family and enjoying the great outdoors. This home is beautiful and well appointed. The water access just off the porch was perfect and provide all the peace and rest your looking for.

My family and I have stayed at this property multiple times due to its size and proximity to the river and lake. The home is spacious and very comfortable. The owner is amazing and provides everything you need to make your stay as convenient as possible. If you enjoy a clean home along with easy access to some great fishing opportunities this is the pace you want to stay!

The house is old and needs some renovation but when inside we were amazed at the quality of the furniture. The cleanliness of especially the kitchen was very disappointing. The inside of the kitchen cupboards were filthy as well as the oven but the owner, after requesting it, send a cleaner crew to clean. They did clean the oven and some of the bottom cupboards but not a single top cupboard. The outside furniture was full of cob webs especially underneath and we have to clean it ourselves. The house is located right on the river bank thus a perfect location.

We have stayed at this property for years. As always, everything went off without a hitch.
