Fish The Great San Juan Quality Waters

House was very comfortable. No complaints.

Best place in Navajo Dam by far. Great location, very roomy, and very well outfitted. Would highly recommend.

Inside was clean and welcoming, but the portable fire pit outside in back was full of ashes, trash, and cigarette butts. The chairs around the fire pit were dirty and scattered around. I cleaned the fire pit, but then never used it. I also cleaned the chairs. The grill in front needs a new brush, and the fire pit in front has lots of cigarette butts -- I did not clean this one.

Outstanding place for a fishing trip. Well supplied kitchen and bedding and best place to stay cuz it's right on the San Juan river.

Rod had everything we needed. We are 3 timer now on his properties AND he takes good care of us.

The house is very accommodating for everyone. Beautiful views with a wraparound porch with plenty of seating to sit outside and enjoy the view. Has all the amenities you would need to use kitchen. We appreciated the cable tv also.

Probably the best place to stay on the San Juan. Beautiful views, beautiful house, wonderful owners. Will definitely be staying there again

We initially booked this property because pets were welcomed. The owner snuck in no pets allowed in the agreement after it was booked. The place had cigarette butts scattered around and cobwebs in multiple corners, dog poop that did not belong to our pup showing poor cleaning standards. We also had to bring our two children (4 and 5 years old) last minute after previous arrangement feel through. Inwich a fee was tacked on in the end. Things got even worse when we returned after check-out to pick up our second car (we had taken our boat back first). The cleaning staff and/or owner became extremely aggressive and rude. They blocked our vehicle in, cursed at us, and called us names. All for simply trying to retrieve our vehicle 20 minutes after check out. We were completely out of the house. The hostility was shocking and completely uncalled for. We were also charge more fees for basic things that were considered to covered under the cleaning fee that we had already paid. I would not recommend staying here based on the condition of the property and the unacceptable behavior we experienced.

Excellent location for fishing trip with youngest son & grandkids. House is organized and explained very well. Near everything we were wanting to do. Above & beyond expectations.
