The apartment was great and I loved having a pool (even though it was too cold to swim in November, but I tried) and the jacuzzi. I loved that there were items in the kitchen (sugar, salt, etc.) and in the bathroom (lotion, shampoo).

Property Was perfect for our weekend getaway. We parked the car on Sunday and did not touch it until we left. Easy walking distance to Kroger for coffee/grocery needs. Very very clean home. Look forward to staying again!

My group was in town for a bachelorette party and we thoroughly enjoyed the back deck and pool area. The condo is conveniently located within walkable distance to Forsyth Park and some shops along the way. Any time we had questions leading up to our stay the host was very responsive and friendly. We did enjoy our time down near the river, but this property allowed us to be close to many activities while still able to retreat to a quieter space at the end of the evening.

great location! easy street parking situation, we stayed during the SCAD sidewalk festival and it was a quick walk to Forsyth Park!

Everything was wonderful. We way over packed. Very impressed with all the amenities and necessities that were already there. Our host was excellent. As soon as we discovered there was no coffee pot, one was delivered the next day . Will gladly recommend!

Planned a quick birthday getaway- and this property was exactly what we needed. Great location and even greater amenities. The owner is very communicative and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Very clean, well stocked, convenient location. We highly enjoyed our stay and exploring Savannah. We loved the quirks of the slanted floors but would not recommend anyone stay with ambulatory issues.

Great place, the home was clean, the bed was super comfortable. We were able to get Ubers super easy and was about 5-10 minute ride to get to local shopping & restaurants.

Absolutely enjoyed the time there as always. Love historic buildings especially the slanted floors. Thats what you will find in Savannah historic homes. The pool was awesome didn't have to drive to go swimming and just relax. David the owner is outstanding. We had the pleasure of meeting him this past week and some good conversation. Also it is close walking distance to everything. We also love to cook on the grill so the grill on the property was a plus. We love it there and will always stay there when visiting Savannah. Look no further......

The Condo was clean, comfortable and plenty big enough for 3 adults. The pool is on the small side but was a nice one and always clean. My only wish list item for the condo would be some kind of rack or shelves in the kitchen to be able to store pantry items and maybe a couple of smaller pots for cooking. Got confused somewhat regarding the parking in the back as another renter had parked in front of the red fence that was by the pool. Found the correct parking and it was a little overgrown so I only parked there on street cleaning day. Liked the location and having the Kroger Store within walking distance. The neighborhood was fairly quiet and only a few blocks from the Free DOT shuttle bus stop. We would definitely stay here again

Everything was great didn’t get to use the pool ? And was never able to make coffee but other than that it was the best place I recommend them and we will come back.

Great communication with the host. The property is spotless and parking on the street is easy. You’re no more than a 10 minute car ride to the downtown area. Some of the best all-around food I’ve ever had is in Savannah and you should go to Tybee Island For an afternoon. Plenty of historical sites to visit, lots of history in Savannah. We will certainly return to Savannah and stay again at this property.

We loved our stay! As a lover of old southern architecture it was a treat to stay in this 139 year old building. There was plenty of room. The bedroom was huge with a very comfy king size bed, dressers and a desk. Nice size living room and a large bathroom with a jetted tub. The kitchen was very functional and efficient. The AC was great and kept it very comfortable. There was a great back porch with a table. The pool was very nice. A great way to spend the afternoon keeping cool and resting up for evening/night time adventures. It was within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. We didn't use our car at all during our stay. There is a Kroger grocery a couple blocks away so we were never without anything we needed. We met the owner, David, who was super nice and let us know that he was always available if we had any questions. Another huge plus is that we had plenty of parking on our street and were able to park directly in front of the house which made easy unloading and loading of our car. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.

Quite a slant to floors, but perfect for our 3 night stay. For owners, suggest you use wall anchors for wine rack. Thank you!

Price was affordable. House is definitely old, as expected. Bed was super comfy

The floors were very slanted. Being 71, it was very hard to walk across. Property was clean, easy to check in and the bed was quite comfortable. Only problem was the foundation, which needed major fixing. Was very disappointed. Wouldnt recommend this property to anyone. We checked out several days early

A bit outside of the downtown area but great if you like walking. Kroger right down the street was very convenient. Condo had everything needed even 2 rain ponchos for unexpected rain. Above and beyond.. owner brought new tv when TV wasn’t working.. it was perfect! New King bed was amazing and he brought me some awesome tea. So close to so much and easy deliveries.. and we loved we could get to everything with a Lyft or Uber in minutes.. will book again!

The location and unit were overall very nice. The bed was pretty worn down and could use either a new mattress or different supports to firm it up. The water temp was great and water pressure was good as well. It’s very close to a grocery store so easy to stock some snacks and meal items for your stay.

My husband and I spent our anniversary at this condo and it had all the amenities needed for a long weekend getaway. There is a Kroger a short walk down the street which was a plus and walkable to many points of interest. The owner was very accommodating when our flight was delayed for a later check out so we didn’t have to drag our luggage or sit at the airport. We would sentry again with some family and friends!
