Stayed Nov 25, 2025We tried to get into the townhome around 10;30 pm the day of check in. The code given to us did not work. We tried texting the owner through the app, and no response. We spent about an hour on the phone with VRBO, and they could also not reach the owner. We gave up and got a hotel. Vrbo support staff did their best and plan to reimburse me the extra money I had to spend. We were exhausted and very disappointed.

Stayed Nov 7, 2025Townhome worked great for us to attend weekend tournament at Shipyard. Location great, clean and nice. Only problem was thermostat was locked and like it cooler at night.

Stayed Sep 18, 2025Place was great for shipyard which was the reason for rental. Not great for limited mobility people. Both showers are up stairs. NOT noted in description. Place very clean and well kept, Neighborhood great. Food and things to do with in 5-20 min. I washed up all the dishes and put away which was NOT necessary but I don't like dishwashers. I personally would not stay again due to the showers, but if you are young have at it. Area great.

Stayed Jun 3, 2024We were visiting Mt. Pleasant for my son’s baseball tournament at Shipyard Park. It was the perfect location for our family of 4 and my parents for the week. We were less than 15 minutes from the park, 20 minutes to meet up with friends at the beach, and shopping/convenient stores were easily accessed. Everything was clean, plenty of linens, and the essentials were all provided. We almost stayed in a hotel nearby and I’m so thankful that we found this little home for the week! Thank you!!!

Stayed May 24, 2024We LOVED the townhouse. It was a great location for us as we wanted to be in close proximity to The Shipyard Park and we could easily access all that Mt Pleasant had to offer.
