Family sized home 5 minutes from Westgate and Cardinals Stadium.

Nice spacious home fully equipped with all you need. Great location in Glendale close to many shops and restaurants and entertainment. Nice backyard with pool grill and fire pit.

Overall we did not have a good stay here. We left much earlier because the host was not very proactive with fixing the AC that was broken upon our check in. It broke two more times and the AC technicians told us all three times that it needed replaced, the small fixes were not going to last. And they never did. Host didn’t seem to be too bothered by the issue and wasn’t fourth coming. The final straw was when she offered to bring portable ACs and then refused to believe me when i told her they didn’t fit the windows. Sent photos of all the drama but it wasn’t enough for VRBO. It was 111 degrees out combined with having a 9 month old this was less than ideal to say the least. Prior reviews mentioned stove not working which i did confirm was working before booking but there’s an obvious pattern here of a host who’s trying to spend the least amount of money and not very worried about the guests stay. VRBO was difficult to get help from as well, apparently a functioning AC during a heat warning doesn’t warrant immediate action. Very strange but we’ll be sticking with that other platform going forward…. it was that bad.

Nice property. Open and roomy. Kitchen was lacking in kitchen items, (bowls). Electric coils on the stove top were very uneven thus made cooking a little challenging. Also, could not get the coffee filter basket out so could not make our morning coffee only the K-pods.

This house and property was a perfect place for me to stay for a whole month while visiting family! The pool was impeccable and the home was perfect for family gatherings. It had all of the things you might need for a long term stay. I would definitely stay here again!

Stayed here for our son's graduation from ASU. This is a wonderful home. Very well equipped, clean and in a great location. The pool was fabulous (however, no sun lounge chairs). Very nice neighbors - one sent over the exterminator and another stopped to let us know we'd left the garage door open. We'll be staying here next year when he graduates with his masters.!

We stayed here 6 weeks. House was big , lots of room, great for active busy groups. Close to all shopping. Close to all SunCity golf. Pictures are accurate. Couple of problems were the home was superficially cleaned and needed cleaning. If you like to cook , like we do, the stove top definitely needs replacement.

We had a great time staying at this property. The pool really helped since we came from a much colder state. It's beautiful, spacious and clean. It's located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood close to the Westgate Center near shops and restaurants. The property owner is also very responsive to any questions and concerns. Highly recommended!
