We had a wonderful visit to Nosara! The home was clean, well-equipped, and in a good location. Within walking distance to restaurants. Pablo was very responsive and helpful. The community pool was very nice and never busy - it is a small community. Highly recommend if you are headed to Nosara.

Our trip to Nosara was amazing. The rental property was perfect. The pool was relaxing and nice. The location central and not too far from the beach. AC in all the rooms made it very comfortable. This property is underrated and is really a hidden gem

From the shuttle service from the airport to the shuttle back to the airport and everything in between, our concierge Pablo made our stay effortless. We had questions about excursions and dining and his recommendations were superb and he even set us up with transportation to and from our excursions to snorkel. The property was a cozy retreat for our family of 6. The porch and pool were favorites among our teens. We were able to relax in our bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and the property was kept clean and comfortable. We are looking forward to coming back next year.

We stayed with 3 adults and our 2 kids (Almost 5 and almost 2). It's in a quiet spot with a large living room and great patio for kids to play. The steps are a bit hard and there's no gate, but you can easily block this, if needed. The bedrooms are downstairs with their own bathrooms and separated patio walkouts. There's easy reserved parking for a vehicle, but a slight, well paved and well lit walk up hill to the front door (30feet?). The pool is an easy 20 steps up from the property. Our kids loved this. Large shallow end around 1 foot and a deep end with rocks/fountain. It's an easy 1-2 minute drive to the main restaurants, or 5-10 minute walk. The wifi was great in the house if you need to remote work. Our minor suggestion is to trim the trees which can loudly scrape the roof top (cannot hear this in the bedrooms) and more light in the living room! I also wish we had access to the laundry more than one day per week! Fantastic otherwise for price, location and amenities.

We enjoyed Nosara and our home away from home was a great base for the visit. The space is large and clean. Kitchen is well equipped. Air conditioning system works well and can be differentiated in the main space and the two bedrooms for people who prefer different temperatures. Decor is cute, we loved the front porch swing. The caretakers were responsive to our needs and good communicators in advance of the visit and during our stay.

Casa Osa was the perfect spot for our family of 5. The kitchen had everything we needed. The house was just steps from the amazing pool which our boys enjoyed multiple times a day. We highly recommend renting a golf cart while you are there (especially if you have younger kids). We were able to get everywhere we wanted to go easily from the house with it (beach, grocery store, zip lining, yoga etc). The property manager and all the neighbors were so friendly and helpful. This was the perfect 3 week getaway for our family. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer.

Great location! The Property management team of Kathy, Rebecca and Pablo work very hard to ensure that all of your needs for your stay are met, as efficiently as possible. Our fridge was stocked at a reasonable cost with all items on our list. The pool is beautiful. Security/groundskeeper, Marbin is amazingly friendly and helpful. Everyone was very comfortable but heads up that the beds are firm which work for some and not all. Heads up also on the low water pressure in the kitchen for dishwashing.. Golf carts are a must if you want to tour around town as the days are HOT! Kathy from Vacation Property Rentals arranged the carts, massages AND PCR tests that were brought and done right at the house. Amazing service! Would definitely stay again.
