Stayed Mar 31, 2026Very fun house / ranch right off the main road to the Grand Canyon. Super easy to get to Williams for groceries and the Grand Canyon railway and to walk around the town… 10 min straight shot. We didn’t use the separate bunkhouse but it’s a fun little cabin off the patio. Patio is lovely with wood fireplace and gas grill. The only note I would make is a foldable step stool could be handy in the kitchen for shorter folks to reach glasses and such. My mom is 5feet and couldn’t reach a thing - haha- vertically challenged! Seeing the donkeys “wrestling” and horse and chickens is a fun bonus and definitely a fun place for hide and seek and exercise outside with the kiddos.

Stayed Dec 5, 2025This lovely ranch house had every amenity we could ask for, beautiful views, indoor and outdoor fireplaces with plenty of wood provided, a very well stocked kitchen and so many accommodations for kids. Our grandkids aren’t infants or toddlers, but there is a crib, tot bed, backpack for carrying kids and so many toys. The donkeys welcomed us with their braying-so fun. The kids explored the paths around the property and discovered a hidden swing set, tether ball and 2 hammocks under shady trees. The home is 10 minutes from the Polar Express and Bearizona and they were both fantastic. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Sep 21, 2025The property and location were wonderful. The farm setting with the animals, outdoor patio, fireplace, trail with hammocks, swings, tether ball, and horseshoe pits were such an added treat. Just about an hour from the Grand Canyon entrance and about 1hr 20min. to Sedona made for the perfect location. Williams is an adorable little town with cute shops and eateries. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses, and flatware. Jeff was communicative and his instructions were coherent. A family friendly area and home.

Stayed Sep 3, 2025Family friendly and comfortable. Everything's set up for a fun family stay. we enjoyed the porch and even on a windy afternoon the porch stayed pleasant. Our host was easy to reach and in tune with our needs so there were no complications with the house. We enjoyed hearing the sounds of clucking hens and the ocassional burro bray at feeding time. The views from the ranch are lovely. The fireplace is a good gayhering place on a cool evening. Highly recommended.

Stayed Feb 15, 2025My extended family stayed at this absolutely charming farmhouse. The kids loved exploring the property and hanging out in the nap shack. The farmhouse was beautifully decorated, had everything you could hope for and more (crock pot, griddle, popcorn maker, coffee choices, jetted tub, fire pit, hammocks, and so much more. I made a mistake in the beginning and lost my reservation; the host was quick to respond when I reached out and was creative in finding a solution so that we could still stay last minute. We were so grateful and appreciated his grace. We loved our stay, and this beautiful property will be our go to from now on.

Stayed Jan 1, 2025My family and I loved our stay at the ranch. It was cozy and comfortable and had everything we needed to easily enjoy our time near the Grand Canyon. Plenty of space to unwind and watch a show or play a game after a day of hiking. We had everything we needed (appliance/dish/etc) to make several meals together and enjoy them around the big table as a family. Seeing the donkeys, goats, and chickens was a treat, as was hanging out with the kids in the cute nap shack. We loved the outdoor patio with fireplace, too, which we used on a couple of cooler nights. It was such a treat to see all the stars-- and even shooting stars! The owner Jeff kindly let us know about the meteor shower (thanks again Jeff!). Jeff was very quick to respond to our questions and we got to meet him briefly. He's such a friendly, kind guy, and he gave us some great suggestions about the area. Williams is a good location to get to the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Flagstaff. Not too far from any of those but you get to see lots of pretty views on the drives to each place and appreciate the changing landscape. Such a gorgeous part of the world! I would definitely stay at this peaceful spot again.

Stayed Oct 8, 2024The property is well maintained and includes nearly every conceivable amenity imaginable. We found the portrayal of the property is accurate and well represented. Jeff was simply magnificent as he was available for any question and replied to our texts usually within the hour but never intruded upon our privacy in any way. He is the most conscientious and courteous host we've ever had. The property itself is convenient to the Canyon, Sedona and environs as well as Flagstaff. It should be understood that nothing in this area of the country is nearby - travel times come with the territory. Overall, I would rate this as an absolute 10. I should mention that there are horses, donkeys and chickens on the property that are maintained by people who live next door but had Jeff not mentioned they live there we'd have never known it. They are very considerate.

Stayed Sep 14, 2024Jeff gave very detailed instructions and was always pretty quick to reply if we needed anything. The welcome kiosk in the house was pretty cool, I’d never seen anything like that before. It’s close to Route 66 and Bearzona. It’s about a 50 minute drive to the Grand Canyon. The house was exactly as pictured. We had six adults and one 2 year old. The kids corral was amazing and very handy that there was a stroller and a backpack carrier. We all loved the animals too. We tried to pet the horses but the owners of the animals didn’t see too keen to let us do so. The donkeys were easy to pet on your own though. Only real complaints are about the water pressure. The bathroom in the hallway upstairs had barely any water pressure at all so we all used the one in the master. There were also multiple stink bugs in two out of the three rooms we had to kill. It was also kind of annoying you have to have someone get out of the car to undo the gate every time you want to come and go, an electric gate would’ve been awesome. Other than that it has everything you need! All the outdoor activities including tether ball, swingset, horseshoe, etc were super fun. We enjoyed making s’mores by the fire pit too.
