Family Friendly w/ HOT TUB, near DT, Beach & Park

House was beautiful and in a great location to visit Charleston and the surrounding areas. Everything was well stocked and the hot tub was a great addition to relax in at night. We were on a friends trip, but this house is set up great for families as well!

This is my second time staying at this location- I would book it again and highly recommend it! The location is close to drive to downtown charleston but its a comfortable, quiet neighborhood, less hectic thank staying downtown. The fenced in back yard is great if you have a dog, it feels private. The place is as pictured/described and had everything I needed for my stay. Also there are restaurants and grocery stores a short drive away. Folly beach is also a short drive away.

Perfect size home; very clean and just the right amount of room. The kitchen was stocked perfectly without too much stuff in it. We could've used a couple more towels/wash cloths but were able to purchase at a local store.Thank you for the easy check in and out and your hospitality.Our son's wedding was wonderful.

Everything about this place was better than expected! We had so much space and the jacuzzi was amazing. Great central location!

Great neighborhoodVery clean! They had a assortment of snacks set out for us! Hot Tub was great! The house set up was nice and comfortable! The beds had the absolute best mattresses! We would definitely go back again!

What a beautiful place to stay! Our entire family stayed for a week! We had an amazing stay with all the comforts of home!! The home was very clean and clearly well taken care of! The backyard was also very nice and fenced in! Though we didn't bring our dog, we easily could have and I would've felt comfortable with her in the backyard while we ran about town!

The home was absolutely perfect for our family ... we felt so comfortable the moment we entered. The hot tub and large back yard was a bonus. A very special thank you to the homeowners who were incredibly helpful and answered our questions right away.

This is the second time our family has rented this property. It is just perfect for us. It is a very quiet neighborhood but so close to hustle and bustle. This property yet again did not disappoint and checked all the boxes for our family!

I stayed for a business trip in Charleston, but I brought my dog so didn't want to be in downtown. This is a great location in James Island and not far from Folly beach. The place was very pet friendly with a great fenced in yard! The house had everything I needed and the master bathroom shower was pretty deluxe. Also nice sized kitchen if you did want to cook. Neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, felt like I had privacy. Definitely would book again!

Enjoyed our stay and all the amenities of the home. Loved the remodeling especially the kitchen and master bath. Near everything too. We will be back!

Hurricane Escape, our experience was amazing from the little things to the cleanliness

We stayed here while in town for a conference and it was perfect! The little side room/office was a great place for my toddler to sleep and yet be in close proximity to us in the master room. The place was clean, comfy, and had all we needed! Cute neighborhood too!

The owners of this cute house have thought of every detail. I give it an A+ for cleanliness and comfort. The beach chairs were great. Master bed was very comfortable. Our teenage sons said their beds were comfortable as well, Would definitely stay again!

Property clean and inviting inside and out. Excellent location close to drug store ,grocery stores , nail shops. banks and all family events. Beds very comfortable! It did rain a bit and my daughter says she saw a water bug in the bathroom shower.

Overall our stay was good! The location was nice, home was clean, and host was responsive. Our only complaints were that they was not enough towels provided (9 girls with only enough towel sets for 6 of us), we ran out of paper towels/dishrags/no cleaning supplies (no biggie, we ran to the store), and sleeping arrangements were tough (two girls had to sleep on the sectional, when we were expecting a double pull-out bed).

Great location, beautiful, clean, organized, comfortable property. We will be back for sure!
