Family-friendly single home/Walking distance to shopping center and restaurants

Great location and perfect size home for our last minute trip. Bed slept well and we were so grateful to bring our beloved dog along for the weekend.

Enjoyed our stay at this lovely home! Easy access to C’Ville shopping, UVA and tourist destinations. The home was impeccably clean with great kitchen and home amenities available. I am sure we will be looking to stay again!

Everything was fine and as described. I would caution guests to take care with the very steep driveway if you have someone who is unstable. My sister fell down getting out of the car on the first day and was injured requiring emergency care. This was NOT the fault of the owners. Just take care. We left the next day so she could recover at home. I only took a star off because I wasn’t super impressed about how long it took to receive a response about the incident.

Property is near an airport and there is significant noise. Otherwise the proper is excellent.

Great house, great kitchen, wish I had remembered to bring my Apple TV with me as the video options were challenging. We did manage to find the game we wanted to watch but it took a good deal of searching.

Place is clean and well maintained. Quiet neighborhood. Very close to the town center. We were there for our son’s graduation. 15 -20 minutes drive to the university. All went well for us.happy with the stay.

3 night stay for son's wedding. Close to hotel that was home base for wedding party, and close to Early Mountain Vineyard, which is where the wedding took place. House was clean and comfortable.

The living spaces are very roomy and great for families to gather. Neighborhood is quiet. I love that I was able to bring my dog along. Some of the pictures need to be updated and the description/amenities need to be updated as some of them are not accurate. Communication with the owner was great and check-in was simple. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again in the future!

We stayed here for a chill bachelorette party. The location was convenient — close to town and a quick drive to wineries. It is super spacious — we had plenty of room for 8 people and nice common spaces. Would definitely stay again!

This property is huge! Kitchen has the basics - some things could stand an upgrade. Overall we were comfortable!
