Amazing lake house, great views, clean, enjoyable home

This property is great and just as described. We had a few minor issues but Ed was very responsive and took care of each issue promptly. The walk to and from the lake is quite steep so be prepared to get a workout! My elderly parents were unable to make the walk but since there is also a pool we still had a place to hang with them.

Our stay was great. The house was just as listed. Lots of things to do at the house. We really enjoyed our stay. The only downside would be there were no gates on the patio to keep the kids out of the pool. So we had to always be outside with them. Also the showers didn’t drain very well, but I am sure that can be fixed easily. We really loved our stay and would definitely love to return again.

The property and house were good for what we needed on this fishing trip in the Lenoir City area. The host, Ed, was very responsive to our questions and proactive in providing information about the property and the area. Though it feels secluded, it's conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. The main thing we needed was sleeping space for four adults and room for our boat trailer, and this place was perfect for that. The house was clean and seemed newly renovated, the kitchen was well equipped for eating meals there, and having the washer & dryer was helpful. The only thing we couldn't find were wall outlets in the master and hall baths, and some exterior cosmetic things lessened the wow factor a small bit, but these didn't take away from us having a good time at this property.

Amazing weekend!! I booked for my niece and her friends to celebrate her upcoming wedding. They loved the newly renovated house, it had plenty of space for them to enjoy each other’s company and share laughs in the various indoor and outdoor living spaces including around the fire pit. The host went out of his way with communications to ensure that the girls would have their best time, including leaving a complementary bottle of wine. They said they would definitely go back and enjoy the lake next time!!

Sleeping arrangements were awesome. Host was responsive. Views were great. House was stocked well. Furnishings are new. Master bedroom is huge and private. Separate space downstairs with games was really nice.

We rented this house for a girls/kid weekend. The newly renovated house was nicely done. The house is on a beautiful wooded lot and the friendly neighborhood deer came to pay us a visit. The house had plenty of sleeping options for the 10 of us and opportunities for the kids to enjoy pop-a-shot and a downstairs kids play area while older kids and adults had separate TV and game area for hours of countless fun. The host, Ed, is super responsive and extremely accommodating. Sleeping area downstairs could benefit from additional window coverings. We had a wonderful time and look forward to a return trip.
