-Due to allergens and in consideration of other guests, we are unable to accommodate pets.

3. No Smoking Policy:
-Smoking is not permitted within the premises, including rooms, common areas, and balconies.
-Any evidence of smoking within the property will result in a penalty charge of $500.

4. Unauthorized late check outs or extension
- Guests are not allowed to stay beyond their check out time unless authorized in advance.
- Any unauthorized late check out, we will charge a late check out fee of $200.

Fees Disclosure:
• Guests must select either a refundable security deposit or an optional damage waiver for stay protection.
• No pets allowed.
