Because this is our personal home, it’s fully stocked with the thoughtful touches and everyday essentials that make traveling easier. Inside, you’ll find one kingbed, three queen beds, and two twin beds, along with plenty of gathering space for everyone.

The functional kitchen opens to a large dining area with seating for 10, making it easy to enjoy meals, games, and time together. The sunroom is one of our favorite spaces — perfect for morning coffee, movie nights, or winding down after a day of exploring. It even includes an additional TV for extra hangout space.

Outside, the large fenced backyard is ideal for kids and dogs, featuring a swing set, monkey bars, fire pit, a griill and outdoor dining area. Whether you’re roasting marshmallows, letting the kids play, or enjoying dinner outside, the backyard was made for gathering. We welcome up to 2 dogs during your stay.

All five bedrooms are located upstairs. Just steps from the house, you’ll also find the neighborhood pool and a small pet-friendly park, making it easy to enjoy the outdoors without even getting in the car.

Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, an extra refrigerator/freezer in the laundry room, and driveway parking for 3–4 vehicles.

Conveniently located near Middleton Place and Magnolia Gardens, our home is just 25 minutes from downtown Charleston, 35 minutes from Folly Beach, and 25 minutes from Charleston International Airport. You’ll also find plenty of nearby grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and everyday conveniences just minutes away.
