We really enjoyed our stay. The only thing that went wrong we had a lot of nats we couldn't get rid of and the wall picture that hanging up in the stairway, needs to come down because it look scary. Other than that was excellent.

Stayed here while in town for work. I brought my small dog with me, pet friendly, clean and quite.

Beautiful renovated house. Great location- easy to get to /from airport, Presidential Library, Central High school National Historic Site , restaurants, breweries…

The house itself is beautifully renovated and tastefully decorated. It’s a historic house but with modern amenities. There is a large yard with a privacy fence that felt safe to play in. There are cameras and signs notating the cameras around the property. Plenty of parking- there are 2 concrete pads that could fit at least 3 cars quite easily. It’s an urban area, so just keep that in mind. It’s an easy 2 block walk to historic Central High School- it’s an active high school so there are plenty of police/security M-F but Friday night was a little rowdy with some sirens and dogs. Also, there is a sign notating the property is being considered for something that sounded like eminent domain? Communication with the host was a little sluggish but to be fair, I did a last minute instant book.

Great communication with the host. The house was very clean and well maintained. The location is perfect and plenty of parking.

The host was incredible and super accommodating. The home was well equipped and very clean. This is not a reflection of the house, the process, or anything regarding the hot however I feel the location should be disclosed as rather unsafe and honestly not family friendly. The area is quite rough and run down, there were no decent restaurants and the area had zero appeal other than it was near the hospital. While there were heard 2 gun shots which was extremely unnerving

Host always available, very nice home, surprisingly quiet, due to the area, we will stay again, anytime we have to come to Little Rock.

This is an amazing property with everything a family could need. Beautifully renovated home with all the right touches. As the owner of a 1902 home I appreciated the careful attention to detail. The house has such charm and character and the decor was eye appealing. Nice to have a small yard for pet walking. The floor plan was perfect for our age ranges of 2 to 84. I would love to have a house plan just like this!

Nice house. I wish it was a little closer to downtown

my kids and I came in for a tennis tournament. The house was perfect for us because it’s centrally located. The neighborhood looks like it’s a transitional neighborhood at the moment but we had zero problems. The interior of the home is beautiful and well-maintained.

Location was very convenient to downtown Little Rock. Just blocks from historic Central High School and Visitors Center.
