Very nice carriage house apartment. Easy access. Well furnished. Nice neighborhood.

We truly enjoyed the property and app that thought that went into the space, anything you may need in a household is present, communication was quick and easy, the location was within walking distance to a few shops, restaurants and cafes which was really nice, would definitely come back.

This was a lovely little place that was out of the way yet still close to the Little Rock nightlife. This is the one we wish we'd have had more time at!

This was by far the best VRBO we've ever stayed in! The property was incredibly dog-friendly, and it was obvious that every detail had been thoughtfully considered. The fenced backyard was an absolute game changer for our dogs, and we really appreciated the convenience of having poop bags and a designated trash can readily available.Inside, the home was cozy, welcoming, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. The combination of comfort, convenience, and pet-friendly amenities made our trip so much more enjoyable.We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area, especially fellow dog owners. We would absolutely stay here again if we're back in the area!

Nice, cozy little place with a small fenced yard for your puppers!

Very clean and nice for a 'tiny' house, that didn't really feel 'tiny'. Just a couple of blocks to a cute entertainment district, SOMA, with bars and restaurants and an excellent ice cream shop. All amenities you'd ever need were there. And dog-friendly! We'd stay again if/when we return to Little Rock.

Cute and comfortable rental. Mr. Doug was super easy to work with and everything was clean and neat. Rental is pet friendly and has a secure fenced area which made it great. Parking was ample and easy to access.

I really messed up! I booked for the wrong day. Doug was so kind and understanding. He was able to refund my cleaning fee, I thought it was generous of him to do so.

Quiet! Easy access to interstate and attractions. Nice area to walk your pets. Courtyard is great and relaxing. 2 parking areas allows parking for my self and one guest. Inside is amazing, clean and fully equipped. This was my second time and I will be back.

This hidden gem is my halfway point on an annual trip home from a convention. It’s always comfortable, and I love being able to use the washer/dryer so I get home with clean clothes. It’s perfect for an overnight, or as a home base for 1-2 people wanting to explore Little Rock.

This tiny home is just perfect for a couple! It’s well laid out, has parking right outside the door, very well supplied with all the essentials…plus snacks! Had a great stay!

Best Vrbo property we have ever experienced. This property was perfect - clean, safe, comfortable. It has every amenity you might want - washer/dryer, ice cubes, full kitchen, wifi, and snacks! Bathroom shower and bed are great. Doug was responsive and easy to reach.

This was our third time staying here. Love this place. It's so nice and very clean. I feel like I was at home. The owners are so easy to work with and very honest. I left some things behind and they sent it to me. Sorry.

This place was super cute and ima nice part of time! I would love to stay here again! There was a small well enclosed yard for my dog to play around and they even provided poop bags! I would stay here again in a heart beat! Just be aware of the directions to get to the place, I didn’t read them till later and saw that we had to go to the back alley to get access to the property!

It was very peaceful and beautiful and clean me and my boyfriend enjoyed our stay would definitely do it again if ever back in town !!!

House was super clean and very private. Walking distance to great restaurants and a 7 minute drive downtown to the concert. Will definitely be back.

The property was clean and comfortable. It is the perfect size for a traveling couple. The neighborhood was something to admire with early 1900s architecture and there were may things to do and see within a 5 to 10 minute drive. We would definitely stay again if we are ever back in Little Rock.

I stayed here overnight with my dog. We had a great stay. It was a little hard to find since the GPS takes you to the front and I initially wasn’t sure how to get around to the back alley. It didn’t take me long to figure it out though. I really liked the shower and the furniture was very comfortable. I’d stay here again when I pass through

My wife, dog, and I had a great stay! It’s a lovely cottage with a little fenced-in yard for dogs. We would happily stay at Doug’s again.

This adorable carriage house was clean, quiet, very close to everything and so comfortable! Our pup loved the fenced yard, and we loved the space. The carriage house was close to restaurants, shopping and sightseeing. We enjoyed the river walk, the beautiful architecture of the homes and the local eateries. We highly recommend breakfast at The Corner - the best homemade biscuit you will ever eat! Doug is the best host and is extremely responsive to any questions and goes out of his way to help. I hope we come this way again. We will certainly stay here.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Carriage House at SOMA. It is perfect for a couple. A variety of restaraunts are available on Main Street and it is an easy commute to Quigley Stadium for the Central game. Doug is a great host and we will stay here again. My only problem is this place is hard to catch available, which is a testament to what a great place it is.

Absolutely beautiful home. Very private and welcoming for our family with our fur baby. Very spotless and clean house. Doug was very helpful and clear with communication. Will be back for our next trip to Little Rock!

The Carriage House is incredibly comfortable. Just what we needed after a long day of traveling. There are several breakfast spots within walking distance in this beautiful neighborhood. I highly recommend staying here!

I love this part of Little Rock - it’s a short walk to some of the best coffee shops, restaurants, and the Arkansas Art Center. The house is cute, very clean, and has all the amenities of home. It was a great place to land while in town for work and to catch up with friends.

The property is clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Bed is comfortable as is the couch. Love the private, peaceful. outdoor area!
