Fall in Love with This Beautiful Coastal Home with Private Pool, Your Private Oa

House was exactly as listed, if not better and very spacious for our family of 10. Beautiful home! Super clean! Comfortable beds! Neighborhood was perfect and quiet! Right around the corner from the beach access road. Having our own private pool was so wonderful. Loved this house!

The home was beautiful but housekeeping missed a few water bugs/roaches which is understandable with the pool. But other than that we had an amazing time there.

The smell was the only thing that was dissatisfying. There was or is a mold problem, especially for the first floor. The house itself was amazing and came with everything we needed. Close proximity to the beach and to in town. Great location!

Great house! We had a group of 9 and felt like we had plenty of room. Home was clean and well stocked with utensils.

This house was in a perfect location with easy access to the beach. Our stay was comfortable with plenty of room for all ages in our group. The pool was amazing with a number of toys and floats. The outdoor shower was an added bonus. The kitchen had most of what we needed - despite the pictured Keurig that was not present on our arrival. We also could’ve used some oven mitts. Our check-in was delayed without notification so we arrived on time only to be told a late check out prevented us from entering the property on time. They were receptive to feedback and were quick to send maintenance when we spotted a few bugs.

We had a great week in Port A, staying at Kara Mia! Beautiful home! Very clean, well stocked, just a short distance from the beach.

We had a great time overall loved the property. The downstairs apartment had a bad smell that they tried to take care of with plug ins and scent absorbers. It made a few family members a little sick. The upstairs house was wonderful, but I would only recommend booking this if you don’t need the downstairs apartment. Communication was great and prompt with the property manager.

We stayed with my in laws and 3 young children. We all had a wonderful time and would return for another stay!

Great property and quiet. Loved the proximity to the ocean but wish there was a more direct and closer route to walk to the beach. I wish we would have rented a golf cart.

Cons- The bottom floor smelled awful. There was mold on the couch. Host was not quick to respond to concerns. Contacted maintenance regarding oder. They put sprayed something downstairs for an hour. That didn't work, bugs downstairs. Pros- Lots of towels for use, pool was nice, good distance from beach

Great location, comfortable, no problems during our stay. Only suggestion; the lighting outside is minimal, so it would be helpful if the stairs had more lighting so no accidents would occur. And motion sensor by pool did not work. Everything else was great!

Roaches and spiders who. Toilets and water systems did not work at all.

The location was good, close to beach access. Plenty of room for our family to enjoy time together and parking for 4 cars. Clean and functional overall. Nice to have a small pool. Issue with air conditioning in separate unit but Management was quick to respond and took care of it same day. May not work for everyone due to all the stairs and no elevator, but great for us. Easy check in and check out. Thank you!

We loved the proximity to the beach. We did not utilize the ground level living area (it was very hot and musty). The main and upper levels were perfect for 4 adults and 4 teenagers. I would recommend a little more careful cleaning between guests. Upon arrival, we found M&Ms candy on the floor of the main bedroom. The bed on the main floor was very comfortable but the bed in upstairs bedroom was a little worn/uneven. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking essentials. The kids enjoyed the pool and the deck is very nice in the morning/evening. Overall we had a great stay.

We had a great time at this house! Overall recommend this place! The pool was very nice. The washer and dryer are in the garage and the first floor apartment. The house met all our needs and has a really nice front porch. The first floor apartment A/C wasn't working until the second to last day, but we were only using it for laundry, so didn't give property management a heads up until the end otherwise I am sure they would have sorted it out. Overall, great stay and if this house was available when planning our next trip, we'd strongly consider staying here again. Thanks.

Great location. Pool was a huge benefit. We loved that there was a pool alarm for the back door- great safety feature. When we arrived, the AC was not working. The property management company quickly got a maintence worker and then eventually an AC company out to repair it. However, the room on the bottom floor of the house was never properly cooling even when we left- it wouldn’t get below 80 degrees (which was fine because we ended up not even using it except for the washer and dryer). Property was nice.
