The front door code took about 20 minutes to get it to work; Stove top burner was difficult to turn off, Deck railing we found to be dangerous, Heavy smell of sewer once in a while, Patio door is hard to move. The view was awesome.Thank you.

This house was perfect for our 2 family vacation. The home was clean, well stocked with all the essentials, and centrally located between the Hot Springs near Buena Vista, the slopes of Ski Cooper and the old mining town of Leadville. The view off the back deck may be the best that VRBO has to offer. The game room was a hit with the kids and adults, it was a bonus on top of everything else that was great about this house. Carrie was quick to respond to messages and worked well with us from the moment we booked until we checked out. Highly recommend this home to anyone considering staying in the area and we certainly plan on returning in the future.

This is one of the best vacation rentals we have experienced. I came with some friends to hike some of the nearby 14ers and trails along the lake. The view was breathtaking and the property was perfect. Everything worked perfectly and this was the most well-stocked property I have ever stayed at. I would highly recommend and hope to be back!

The house was fabulous, the view was like a painting, and the house so well stocked! Even a high chair and portable crib! We all enjoyed watching the light change on the water and the mountains. The game room was a blast! Everything was very clean and tidy. Carrie was so easy and kind to work with. The directions she supplied were perfect for finding the house, and she was very responsive to questions. We all said this may be an annual stay! Miss it already.

Beautiful space, with absolutely one of the best views up on that mountain over twin Lakes. However, the access to it is very limited, and you must have a 4wd or AWD vehicle to access it. If you're not comfortable, driving on high steep roads, with gravel, and you are in a car, you cannot access this place. The owner was not honest about the access to the house and the roads until after the rental agreement was sent.

WOW! What an amazing experience! Been in Denver for 30 years and never heard of Twin Lakes. What a hidden gem. This home was a dream as well. Amazing breath taking views and fantastic home with all the bells and whistles. Had such a great time celebrating my birthday with my family. Will definately go back.

We loved every minute of our stay! The views from the deck were amazing, I think we sat out every evening and enjoyed the view, the peace and quiet, and the mountain air. The home was fantastic, everything we could have needed. Clean, comfortable and in a beautiful setting! Great location for the more active parts of our vacation as well, within 15 minutes of trailheads for multiple 14ers.

Beautiful cabin with breathtaking scenery. Had a wonderful time with family enjoying the coziness and spacious family room. Plenty of wildlife to see. Very quiet. Lots of sunshine in the big windows. The only draw back was not much light at the dining table during night trying to play games at the table.
