This property is beautiful with amazing breathtaking views. Loved everything it had to offer and just minutes away from good eats and cool shops. Thank you Karen for being a great host you made it extra special for my family and I who just loved your property and being on the coast was the best vacation we could ever ask for. I would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Bandon.

As always, this property is amazing! It is extremely clean and well appointed. Has a wonderful kitchen with upscale cooking and appliances. The beds were really fantastic and the linens/bathtowels were really nice!The view is incredible! We really loved the wrap around deck with 180 degree views of the river and jetty. This property is in a perfect location and an easy walk to both the beach and the town of Bandon. Since a few of us are on the older side, be aware that there are quite a few stairs but look at it as a good workout! 10/10

Great trip. Was more than satisfied with the amenities, and the experience overall. The property owner was incredibly helpful with a situation that arose unrelated to the property, and is a genuinely nice and helpful person.

We are a group of friends from high school, now in our 80's, who spend a week together each year at a different place in the United States. This home in Bandon rates at the top of our list in all categories!! We had a wonderful time, and had everything that we needed, and a lot more. It is obvious that the owners care deeply about making their rental home a very special place for all who stay. We give it 10 stars!!

Enjoyed a great long weekend. Very clean! Extremely comfortable for 3 adult couples all having private bathrooms. Easy walk to town and beach. Booked it again as we were packing up!

We were overly pleased with this rental - it was perfect for our group, an amazing location, views to die for, and so well stocked with everything you could possibly need! We golfed at Bandon Dunes, walked on the beach, visited the lighthouse, and enjoyed strolling through the old town (within walking distance of the house). Would highly recommend and we will be back for sure!

The views are even better in person. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking and serving utensils. Huge fridge. Wonderful experience to get going for the day in the kitchen. Enjoy the views whileMaking coffee and breakfast. Sunset while making dinner also a treat. Host is great with communication and needs. Two rooms have wonderful lighthouse views, while two others have a walk out deck area. Master has wrap around views of the area, such a treat and so relaxing! Great beds, bedding and throws. Sunset on the deck with drinks in the deck chairs helps with the slow down and escape moments. Walk to town easily for drinks or live music. Short drive or walk to some of the other beaches. Circles in the sand only about 5 minute drive. The views are in every direction. We had no need for tv at all during our stay, as the views were the entertainment. Family had a great getaway event stay.

We had a group of woman for a Bandon golfing stay at this amazing property. We will definitely be back! Hard to list all the things that made this stay special. Here’s a few: comfy beds and great showers, big full kitchen, big windows with stunning views of PNW beach and sunset and lighthouse, 2 garages, along with many thoughtful items for comfort/fun like face wipes, binoculars, and soft blankets. Easy check in/out. And very good communication. Wow - thank you for adding so much joy to our trip!

We've stayed here 3 times now and every time has been amazing. The attention to detail is exquisite. When you walk in, your greated with a tray of local pastries. The kitchen is loaded with everything you would need, good cutlery, dishes and fantastic pots and pans along with cleaning products of all kinds, zip lock bags, coffee ect. The bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner and body wash along with the perfect amount of towels and washcloths. The beds are extremely comfortable and the pillows are too! I always bring pillows wherever I go but I don't here. There's 2 washers and dryers (amazing! ) with laundry soap. The views are spectator. The whole place is just perfect for us.It's becoming a home away from home. Karen, the owner, goes above and beyond to make sure our stay is comfortable and is just the sweetest. Thank you! We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful 80th birthday family celebration. The house was exactly what we were looking for. Beautiful view, well stocked, very clean. We would absolutely recommend this place to stay.

I had a very enjoyable stay. The house is in very good condition. It is close to the mouth of a river with unobstructed views and no nearby neighbors, but still just a few blocks from Old Town with all the restaurants, art galleries and other attractions. Exceeded my expectations in every way.

This home was a beautiful well equipped home that sits on a beautiful setting. The morning sunrise and evening sunsets were breath taking. We had 4 couples and enjoyed comfortable bedrooms with own bathrooms. We completely enjoyed our time in this home and will return for our next Bandon getaway

The house was perfect in every way; comfortably fit 6 golfers, has excellent views, solid kitchen and new grew. On top of all that can take 5 minute walk to town of Bandon and 10 minutes drive to the golf resort.

This may have been one of the most well organized rental properties I’ve ever stayed at. They were prepared for any need, and on top of that, the location can’t be beat. We walked to downtown multiple times each day, and enjoyed amazing views every morning and evening. Hope to stay again someday!

We are on a 2 week trip seeing the Pacific Northwest. Of all the places we have stayed thus far, this place was truly magical. We stopped at Bandon to golf and see the views but instantly fell in love with this place and Bandon. The house is immaculate, Karen has literally anything you may need during your stay. Her directions for the house are very helpful. Her decorating is warm and inviting, and the house is perfect for getting anywhere in the area. What I really appreciated were the little things that truly make a difference, a welcome basket of goodies, blankets in every room, high quality beds and bedding and views to die for. If you stay here, and want to do things besides golf, there is a state park with a lighthouse within minutes and a newly finished wildlife sanctuary you can walk to, with stunning beaches, sea lions in Spring and Summer and a beautiful walking path. Truly a place to relax, play golf to your hearts content and take in the stunning Oregon coast.

This house, property, and owners are amazing! The view is spectacular! The house was incredibly clean, and well stocked, they also had two huge trays of fresh, local, and delicious pastries waiting for us when we arrived. They let us check out a bit late so we had time to make our granddaughters breakfast before we all went our separate ways! Very accommodating! We will definitely stay here again!!

Stunning location at the mouth of the Coquille River with views across the bay of the Coquille lighthouse. Karen's home was perfect for our group of cyclists. We enjoyed the many fine restaurants in the area including Redfish for our ride from Port Orford and Alloro's in town. Our final dinner was take out from Tony's Crab eaten in the dining room overlooking the water. My husband and I even snuck in a round of Golf at Pacific Dunes course at Bandon Dunes. Great location.

It is a nice place for stay with your family and we enjoyed been close to beach and to stores and restaurants as well. The house is nicely kept and equipped. We loved hearing the ocean at night which was a plus. Karen was very responsive and quick to answer any questions. We brought our dog as well and he loved running around at the beach and the yard. We even did crabbing and was a great experience for kids. We will definitely come back to the property.

We just spent the most enjoyable week at this very clean and private waterfront property, which, sitting on a lovely river’s edge close to the ocean and walkable beaches with monumental rocks off shore, was a gem that absorbed and made comfortable all 10 of us with beds to spare. The wrap-around porches and out- and in-door sitting areas were spacious and well furnished. Karen, our host, who was considerate, responsive, and proactive, streamlined the check-in and check-out process and provided many unexpected extras that made all of us feel comfortable and on vacation. We had no negative experiences and our family would love to stay here again should we have another opportunity to all get together on the southern Oregon coast.

We were 4 couples staying in Bandon for a week to play golf 5 days. The Riverside Inn was a great choice. Plenty of room for us with separate baths. Great setting looking across to the lighthouse. Close to the old town which was better for us than being in the resort all week. Karen was great on communications and checking that all was OK.

More beautiful than i imagined. Views outstanding. Clear directions from host and helpful notes on closets and cupboards. Enjoyed wrap around deck. Rooms with separate bathrooms so nice for my large group. Walked to Bandon shops.

Incredible house! Our group stayed here while we enjoyed several rounds at Bandon Dunes Golf Resort. Very close to historic downtown Bandon - which we also enjoyed! Lots of great restaurants and local seafood! Already planning our next trip back!
