The kitchen was very well stocked and worked well for our group. We hope to be able to return next year! The staff at the CS office was very helpful and responsive to our inquiries and needs. A very fun visit for us!

I guess if I was to have one challenge it would be the water pressure in our rental. I think this is community wide based on other reviews. Hoping that can be resolved for everyone.

The house was spacious, beautiful home. Concerns regarding pest control. 3 roaches were found downstairs. One in kitchen. 2 in master bathroom. Kinda of ruined the stay at the end. Needs to be sprayed & taken care of.

Carpets had pet hair and food remnants before we even had just gotten to the home. No Kleenex in bathrooms and sparse t.p. And paper towels. We went and purchased our own when the office said they didn’t have any. The s’mores order for the beach was not there on the 30th which was when I ordered it for as this was my grandsons 13 th birthday. The crew got it for us anyway when we spoke to them about it. I had gone to the office that morning to change the time of it from 7pm to 8pm and they acted like it was okay....I was very disappointed with our stay. I stayed at this home last summer and it was much better. I paid the pet deposit this year and last year. I didn’t receive the pet deposit back last year. I expect to receive it this year.

Our only complaints are that the water pressure upstairs was weak, and the backyard was unusable because it was overgrown. Everything else was perfect and we would definitely stay here again. It's a great location, a great floor plan having the living room and kitchen downstairs, and the house was perfectly clean inside.

This was the largest group we’ve ever hosted there (7 adults, 3 small children and a dog) and there was room for everyone without feeling cramped. I cooked a full Thanksgiving dinner and had plenty of utensils and serving dishes to make it a success. The house was cleaned to perfection when we arrived and Cinnamon Shores staff kept us constantly informed via text of all the movies and events taking place in the square. The grandkids even got to visit with Santa Claus! The staff were always friendly and helpful. We all had a great time and will definitely stay there again.

The rooms were arranged perfectly with separate bathroom for each room and a bathtub in the bunkroom which was very helpful come bathtime. The house was very comfortable (especially the beds) and well stocked with dishes, spices, cooking tools. You can't beat the location....close to the beach, the swimming pool, dog park, the Square and the Great Lawn. We had an amazing time with many good memories made.

The location is convenient and just a few minutes to the beach, shops and pizzeria. We still rented a golf cart since it was easier and more fun to get around with little children. The house has all cooking utensils, outdoor grill, seasonings for cooking, and laundry detergent. Will stay there again!
