SLEEPING QUARTERS: The first floor has two primary suites, each with king-size beds and private baths. One primary bath offers a spacious walk-in shower with two shower heads on opposite walls for a near-spa experience. A third guest room offers a queen bed and private bath. All three bedrooms have their own smart TVs. Upstairs in the bunk room, kids can lounge on twin, built-in bunks while watching favorite movies on the smart TV. In II Deep is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering In II Deep the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.

There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's guests violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.

We all loved the house. It was nicely equipped with kitchen essentials for cooking. Wallkability to the pools and beach were great! We went to Dylans Pizza one night...pizza was good,we had a sweet waitress, but it was so slow, we waited over an hour for our pizza's and they each came out separately 10 minutes apart ( we had 4) One pizza didn't arrive until we were leaving so they just boxed it up. So heads up there!

The main issue was that the AC did not cool the master bedroom and Labor Day weekend was a hot one. My wife and I did not get much sleep due to this. The house also had inconsistent water pressure throughout. We love Cinnamon Shore and will be back, but probably not at this house. With the amount of money we spent to stay, we expected a little more.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Cinnamon Shores many times. Unfortunately this rental was not as pleasant as the ones we've had in the past. The air conditioning in the Master bedroom did not work. The remedy was to put a portal A/C in the bedroom with a pot to catch the overflow water. The portable was loud and the pot had to be emptied several times during the night. The unit was very close to the highway and highway noise could be heard. Daytime managers were great but the night time maintenance team did not like to be bothered after hours and made that apparent. It was 89 degrees in the bedroom and we were told they couldn't resolve the problem until the next day! For the past two summers the community pools have been uncomfortably hot. This summer we only visited the pools once during our stay due to the pool temperature. It would be nice if they installed chillers.

Reviewer Comments: This house is about 25 yards from Highway 361, and the traffic was SO loud it was impossible to sleep or to sit out and enjoy the decks. In addition, the house itself is laid out strange, the bedrooms were downstairs below the living room and kitchen, and that created additional noise/sleeping issues. The bunk room, which is very small, obviously for small children, was the only bedroom upstairs and had a private balcony which did not lock from the inside. Obviously not safe for young children, so they slept downstairs with their mom, and dad kindly slept up in the bunk. To add to that, the AC did not cool the master bedroom, and that was reported but not fixed.

    The property was clean and in very good condition. Any house in Cinnamon Shore is a great location. The house itself was in excellent condition and was not lacking in any of the conveniences that we would need. As others have mentioned, the house backs up to Hwy 361, so there is some road noise, but I only noticed it in the evening and in the morning, but not at night. We had a sound machine with us, and it was enough to drown out any road noise. The only warning is if you are travelling with toddlers. The living room is upstairs and the stairwell comes off right in the middle. We had to go to Wal-Mart to buy a baby gate to protect the toddler from falling down the stairs. We left the gate at the house for the next person to use, but a nicer gate installed by the owner would be wonderful. That was the only real complaint. Definitely would be willing to stay in the same house again next time!
