Prepare to fall in love with the rich meadows, rugged trails, and sparkling creeks right outside this beautiful home. Parkside Retreat is a rare listing on Main Street, in front of Telluride's illustrious town Park. Epic views of Bear Creek and jagged snowy peaks abound this unique residence that enjoys easy access to the ski lifts and all of Telluride's mighty charm.

The home's main landing is a quaint, open space that hosts the living room, kitchen, and dining room. The formal living area has a generous selection of indulgent furniture facing a crackling fireplace and a high-tech TV with a Sonos sound system. The living room opens up to a sumptuous porch with two lounge chairs that invite you to linger in the sun while taking in the glorious green vistas.

The streamlined, island-style kitchen combines modern appliances with elegant finishes. A sizable granite-topped tier bar dominates the area and provides a long breakfast bar and a spacious workspace for food prep. Additionally, the kitchen comes fully equipped with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances like a side-by-side refrigerator, wide oven, and grill.

The dining table adjoins the kitchen and allows for accessible communication between hosts and guests. The dining table has comfortable seating for eight and plenty of natural light with far-reaching views.

Downstairs, you'll find a great den with a grand sectional sofa that faces a sizable smart Tv. This room is perfect for relaxing in the evenings after a long day, kicking back, and putting your feet up to enjoy all your favorite movies and shows.

On this floor, you'll also find a laundry room with a full washer and dryer plus two splendid suites. One room has two sets of bunks and is excellent for hosting kids, while the other enjoys a regal king-size bed with a snug seating area. Both bedrooms have gorgeous ensuite bathrooms with granite countertops, step-in showers, and one also has a decadent soaking tub.

The upstairs landing hosts the final two suites. The first suite has a queen-size bed, walk-in wardrobe, and an ensuite with a glass shower. The other suite is the home's primary bedroom, and it is fit for a king. Here you'll find vaulted ceilings with excellent recessed lighting and huge windows that capture countless shades of green and fill the room with natural light during the day. The primary suite offers a plush seating area with a stunning fireplace and a flat-screen Tv.
You'll love lingering and pampering yourself in the primary bathroom. Here, you'll have a deep soaking tub for those long contemplative soaks and a huge steam shower with multiple showerheads.

Other property highlights include a mudroom, a spacious garage, and a separate guest house that comes with a ritzy queen-size bed, a mini-fridge, and a lavish bathroom with a step-in glass shower.

Parkside Retreat is the perfect blend of luxury mountain living and snug townhome vibes. Its envious location on Main street makes exploring Telluride a breeze; however, you'll still be in one of the town's most tranquil and desired neighborhoods. You'll be next to the town park and have an abundance of lush trails, rivers, and meadows all at your fingertips, as well as access to the ski lift and gondola. Elevate your lifestyle by securing this home and create memories that will last a lifetime.
