Evie's Outpost/Game Room/Acreage with Spectacular Views!

The property was great. It was easy to get to and there was lots of land for the kids to ride their bikes. The kids loved it all especially the Frogger game. Even though it didn't happen I had an issue that once we got to the house that we found the house was up for sale and that the owner could bring by prospective buyers while we were there to look at the property. This was not in the original online rental agreement. This should be upfront information.

Description mentioned kitchen had a blender but it didn't. Needed to make proteen drinks so I had to skip. I would have brought my own blender except for the description. The management company took a day to respond and didn't help. The game room was great for the kids.

Everything was great. The house is very comfortable and in a good location for exploring the Arkansas River Valley.

The property was great, clean and the communication with the property manager was excellent. The only four star goes to the Frogger Arcade game. Everyone was excited to play it along with the pool table. However, the Frogger game doesn’t turn on.

The home was spacious and in a great location. Quiet, yet close to town. The pool table kept the teens and kids entertained for many hours, and the closed was stacked with games. It was unfortunate that the Frogger game was broken, as the family was really looking forward to trying it out. The beds were all very comfortable. Although advertised, it was very hot during the day without A/C, and it took a long time for the house to cool with the windows opened. Overall, a good place to stay with family to unwind after days spent in beautiful Buena Vista.

Overall very nice, relaxing and fun! The pool table added great extra fun. Clean, comfortable and the location is situated in a good location, thank you.

This was a very nice property with comfortable beds. Could have used a few more kitchen supplies. But it was very enjoyable overall.

The twin beds need a soft topper. You can feel the springs as it is a mattress boxsping combo. The other beds were very comfy and the linens super soft. Having a pool table gave us lots of laughs as a family. The kitchen had good pots and pans but lacked in baking items, and a colander. We should not have to supply our own toilet paper. The altitude sure does a number on ones stomach for a few days. The master bath had a couple sheets left on the roll when we arrived and the extra roll under the sink had enough for one use. There should be at least one full roll available. I replaced the sponge by the kitchen sink because the one that was there was old and crusty. Other then those few things we enjoyed our stay. The house is easy to get to and the outside is wonderful.
