There are 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The Main Home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths and a half bath. The Carriage House has an Ensuite Bedroom with a Full Bathroom on the 2nd Floor. The property has many gathering spaces. the main house has Living Room and 2 sitting rooms with TVs. The Carriage House has a Party Barn. There is an outside deck with seating and a large courtyard with seating.
The first floor has a kitchen, dining area, living room area, den with TV, Ensuite Primary bedroom with full bath with shower. There isa screened in porch off of the dining area.
