Property was perfect for our family gathering. We had all the amidities we needed. We would recommend for any family vacation or small retreat.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay the beds were comfy the space was huge and Estes Park is just beautiful. Great place very accommodating and will come back, having laundry and a craft room are a big plus

The stay was awesome! Great hosts! Always plenty of firewood, towels & blankets. They even have shampoo, creme rinse, & soap in case you forgot yours We stay every year, their place feels very cozy! Thanks for another great stay!

Our group had a great experience. The BIG DEAL Company event planning team loved having a quiet space to meet and work on goal setting for the upcoming year. The house had a great layout and was comfortable and clean. The workspace was well equipped for presentations, the dining and family room areas were perfectly sized.

The house was perfect for large groups. The host responded and immediately to any concern or question that we had!

This is the perfect house for large family gathering. Kitchen has everything you will need and place settings for at least 12. Pots,pans, mixer, crockpot. Multiple coffee makers so we were able to make decaf and caf at the same time. The hot tub is perfect-accessible from indoors. Wildlife everywhere-elk and deer. The bedrooms are not on the living level so no problem with everyone on a different sleep schedule. The work room has numerous tables for games and crafts and WiFi supported the three that we're working remotely. We are an active family and most of us walked into town everyday. There is a separate pedestrian path so you are never walking on the side of the road, the entrance to RMNP is a short drive from the house as well.

The host was quick to respond.

The house had everything we needed! There were coffee pots so we had plenty in the morning.

This house is a great for a large family. This is a repeat stay for us as we enjoyed this house so much last year. It is spacious, clean and completely stocked with everything you need. The bonus conference room was great for the kids to color, play games and watch tv. The location is safe and private. The river is a short walk away. I highly recommend this house!

Very spacious, with lots of room for all 4 of our families! Saw lots of wildlife, and loved everything. But I must say, I especially liked the pesky Red-Headed Woodpecker jack-hammering the metal gutters right outside our bedroom at 6:00 AM! Nature lives here indeed!

Well suited to our kids and grandkids. Very accommodating hosts. Good location - close to town, RMNP, and Cinnamons! Loved the game room. Super big dining room table. Comfortable all around and met our needs. Highly recommend. Will plan to return.

My brother and I stayed here with our wives and children, 11 people in all. There was plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. The house was well equipped and stocked. The pictures were not bad, but I thought the house was even better than pictured a good mix of community spaces and personal/sleeping spaces. The location is great for Rocky Mountain National Park and Estes Park.

The home was perfect for our stay which involved a wedding in Estes Park. The size, layout and number of rooms were just right for our needs. The house was well equipped with everything we needed for our cooking and relaxation needs. Great location. Highly recommend.

The house was perfect for our son’s wedding; very clean, spacious and close to the wedding venue. There was plenty of room for all ages to relax and enjoy the experience. The owners have thought of everything in stocking the house. It was the perfect place for a perfect weekend!

Excellent property. Perfect for my family to stay nearby for our January wedding at Della Terra. Somewhat hard to find due to the gps not identifying some roads. It’s tucked away from the main road. Property manger were very responsive and accommodating. Property is beautiful, well kept and ready for guests. There were even pack and plays and high chairs for my baby niece. That makes it so convenient. The fireplace was awesome, nice wrap around porch to enjoy your morning coffee. Plenty of space to spread out, blankets to stay warm. 3.5 bathrooms for all of us. My family was very pleased. If we’re ever in estes park again in need of a place to stay for all of us, we would definitely feel good about booking this again.

Has a hot tub! Close to downtown! Cozy house with a fireplace. Family loves going there, this will be our 3rd year! Nice conference room to play family games in. Deer and turkeys roam the property. Awesome property!

We stayed here for a family birthday get together, and we had the best time! The house is perfect for a large group, and we all had plenty of space! Some wild turkeys walked through the property a couple times, and we also saw a bull elk right down the driveway. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was just perfect for our large family. Plenty of space in the living room and dining room. So many beds for all the children and separate spaces to spread out. Loved the craft room for the little kids to color and do crafts. The house was very clean. We were pleasantly surprised to wake up to a bunch of elk sleeping in our yard. We were close to the RMNP entrance and had minimum wait to get in. It was close to town but felt secluded. This was our first stay in Colorado, it is absolutely beautiful! If this is your first trip here, we recommend a couple things.. a good first hike is Lilly Lake. Absolutely beautiful and was easy and exciting for the little ones. Talking to the park rangers at the visitor station was super helpful. They had a map and highlighted things that work well for large families with little children. We did almost get ourselves in a dangerous situation. Walking through upper Beaver Meadows towards dusk, there were a lot of aggressive Elk wandering through, September is rut season for them, thankfully we got to the van safely where we could watch them fight at a safe distance. There were many Elk , turkey, and deer wandering that meadow towards evening. It’s not a bad idea to have a can or two of bear spray on hand. We would definitely stay at this house again!!

Your house was true to the pictures. It is a wonderful rental. Very comfortable furniture and mattresses. The kitchen was stocked extremely well. Dishes, utensils, cookware was all of excellent quality.

The pictures dont do this house justice. Absolutely beautiful home. Worth the price 100%. Only problem we had was the washing machine not draining properly

We had the best time! House was so comfortable and felt like home. The house was very clean and in a great area. We are hoping to rent this home again for our next trip to Estes. I would highly recommend. Hosts were ver accomadating and answered questions quickly. If I could give them 6 stars, I would!!

The house was very clean and exceeded our expectations. We do a yearly trip to Estes Park and will definitely be considering this location for next year.
