Stayed Jun 20, 2025Inside is very clean and nice. Bathrooms could use some updating and the same with the outside of the house and landscaping.Overall it was a great place to stay in Peoria.

Stayed Apr 25, 2025We stayed here for a weekend baseball tournament and enjoyed it! The host were responsive before our stay and everything was great! We will definitely stay here again!

Stayed Apr 30, 2025The stay was as expected except for a couple of issues we had. The yard was so overgrown with tall weeds that it was hard for our small dog to do her business. We had to keep all food tightly sealed in plastic bags at all times as there were ants in the kitchen. The ants would also swarm our dogs food when we set it down.

Stayed Mar 14, 2025My family was in town for a funeral. The owners were amazing and very accommodating. Some of the ceilings are low but the house is very comfortable.

Stayed Mar 7, 2025Our group of 8 had plenty of space to spread out and we slept well after our activities in the city. Everything in the house was very clean, and we appreciated the shoes-off policy too. An added bonus was that there were k-cups for coffee and a few snacks stocked to get us started in the mornings.

Stayed Jun 14, 2024Location is perfect for any travel team playing at Louisville Slugger Complex. It was an 8 min drive to the house. Beds were comfortable, the house was clean, we loved the Air Hockey and game table downstairs. We stayed with 5 adults and 3 kids perfect size house! We will definitely be back next year!!!
