This is a nice older home on a beautiful property in central Peoria. We lived in Peoria for 30 years and came back for a family wedding. We arrived after dark and had difficulty finding the property as the driveway is shared with another home or you can come in from the street behind. Also, all of the smoke alarms have been removed.

Older home with nice updates. Bathrooms and kitchen were supplied with general use items that saved having to buy single use items. Great stay and recommend it others.

Our family was extremely pleased during our stay. Dimitri was very responsive and the property was very clean. My wife and dogs drove up from Florida to visit family for Christmas. It was perfect. The location was great and close to everything we needed. We will definitely look at coming back in the future.

Wonderful property for a relaxing stay with family. Location seemed to be within 5-10 minutes of everything we planned on doing in Peoria. Riverfront, museums, grocery store, Bradley Park, dog trails - every time we googled directions, we were close to our destination. Lots of room to spread out in the house, beautiful grounds, nice beds, nice towels. We just had a great time staying at the Knoxville Retreat.

We stayed at the Knoxville retreat to prepare for my daughter’s wedding. Dimitri is a responsive and gracious host, the beds were AMAZING, and the house updates are well done, while still retaining some of the charm. Such thoughtful touches, like creamer, several sugar options, pots and pans, baking sheets, filtered water, hand soap, lotion, etc…. It was a very enjoyable stay!!

Well Maintained home on a great property.

We had the best time during our stay at the Knoxville Retreat. The house is a beautiful, older home, well decorated and really well furnished. It is located on a large yard, far back off the road and was very quiet; good neighborhood. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. It was relaxing and really made our visit. Thank you so much for providing such a great to stay in Peoria! We will be back.

Place was nice and clean beds were super comfortable

This home in the center of Peoria was homey, tastefully furnished, and full of character. Lots of restaurants and such nearby, but also quiet since it's situated back from the road on a hill. The host was communicative and friendly. Note, the bedrooms are on the second floor if you have trouble with stairs.

Beautiful property and great location. I wish we would have had more time to spend enjoying the comfort of the house.
