We chose this home for its size and location. It was perfect for our group! The owner was very communicative and made sure we had all information needed for a smooth experience. I had some questions about the layout ahead of time and the owner was quick to respond. The house was clean, well stocked, and super comfortable. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!

Seven of us stayed there for our high school reunion. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious. Plenty of room for all of us to hang out. The house is in great condition in a quiet cul-de-sac.

Our family was attending a family reunion over Fathers Day weekend and was lucky enough to book this house for the long weekend. With 5 bedrooms and massive kitchen / Living room great area, there was an abundance of space. The house is set up with anything and everything you will need, especially regarding kitchen utensils & dishes, as well as, bathroom necessities, laundry soap and cleaning supplies. I strongly recommend booking this house for a larger group and would not hesitate to book it again.

We stayed in this house when we came from my daughter‘s graduation from Bradley University. There was plenty of space for all the adults and the beds were comfortable. The house was clean and beautiful. we also enjoyed playing with the foosball table. I had not played that game since I was a kid.

the house is located in a quiet neighborhood, in a great part of the city.the house is bright and welcoming and wonderfully spacious for a large or extended family group. check in and check out were seamless. the house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

This place just couldn’t have been better. We were in town for our son’s wedding weekend and needed a spacious and comfortable place for our family to stay. This home was impeccably clean, had lots of comfy beds ( soft sheets!) and plenty of showers for all of us to get ready. It’s located in a lovely residential neighborhood— very safe and quiet. The kitchen was well appointed and the main living room area has deep comfy couches to sit to share coffee and conversation. Wanda, the owner/manager is an excellent communicator and we appreciate her kind conversation and flexibility.

We had to find another place in a hurry, and you were more than accommodating. I am actually glad we rented this home it was a far better. I cannot thank Wanda and everyone for all their help. The house was very nice plenty of towels, extras to make our life easier.

The house was very clean and the instructions were perfect. There was plenty of room to spread out. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. The gas log fireplace was perfect since it was cold and rainy.

Great place for our family to be together since we came to Illinois for my husbands funeral.

We had a wonderful stay at this home over the Thanksgiving holiday. Had 6 adults and 3 children under 6 years old, and the house did not seem small. The living area and kitchen held us all just fine. There is a full dining room off the kitchen as well as a sitting room, but we used it only for storage. The kitchen had all of the necessary items. It did not have a crock pot (which we did not miss) any only a Keurig coffee maker, so if you want drip coffee, bring your own coffee maker (which we did).There are 4 bedrooms on the top level: a master bedroom with king bed, with an attached bath with separate shower and a large garden tub. There is a very large closet off the bath. The other 3 bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower/tub combo. One has a king bed and other two have a queen bed.The basement has a nice game room, and off that a bedroom with a queen bed. There is also a bathroom down stairs with a tub/shower combo.Lots of near by grocery options. We also used GrubHub.Unit was very clean, and communication with the property manager was outstanding. Overall, this place is a 10/10.

We had guests from out of town and we had rented for their stay. We are very pleased to work with super great host Wanda. She was very accommodating with our needs. House is in nice neighborhood and feels like home away from home. We will look to rent this place always when we have guests visiting us from out of town again. Thank You so much
