Escape to a modern 3 Bedroom retreat just minutes away from the most amazing beach in South Florida

We vacationed with our daughter/son-in-law and our two grandsons aged 3 and 7 months. The house was as advertised and the hosts were very responsive and prompt when we had a question. I would highly recommend this property and rate it 10 out of 10.

Overall, good experience, would recommend it. Thought house was a little closer to the beach. House has some maintenance issues , for example dust and mold around hvac and exhaust vents. We would rent again. Worked very well for intent of the weekend. It had everything we needed.

This property was exactly as pictured. The pool was just the perfect temperature and my teenage boys loved the basketball hoop in the back. The house had everything we needed for the pool and everything we needed for the beach. We have stayed at BnBs before and the best part about this place was that the owners made sure we had all the basic essentials to get by! For example laundry detergent, paper towels, aluminum foil, spices and so on. Lots of blankets as well. Just a short walk to the beach in a very safe neighborhood. Would definitely recommend!

Very well maintainted property with nice decoration. Only a 5-10 min walk to a quiet portion of the Fort Lauderdale-by-the-sea beach with well preserved dunes with vegetation. Quiet neighborhood.

Everything was excellent location is perfect it’s a walk to the beach a walk to stores the only thing we wish is that we would’ve had an opportunity to heat the pool. Beds were super comfortable, kitchen beautiful, couch was super comfortable. Other then that everything was great and Carol was extremely responsive and helpful.

We really did enjoy our stay here. The kids loved the pool and how close the house was to the beach (you could walk to the beach and dinner downtown). The bunk beds were great for the kiddos. The house has a good layout. The beds only had one mattress on them in the bedrooms and one of the rooms was a little too warm but thankfully fans were provided. There are towels, sand toys, pool toys, beach chairs and wagon provided. There was even some puddle jumpers life jackets and a baby raft. Don’t bring anything from home! We did have some ants in the house but pest control did come while we were there. It’s Florida so we weren’t surprised by it. We did have an two small issues. Carole was very responsive and everything was sorted out. We would definitely stay again because of the location to downtown and beach as well as the pool.

Beautiful property just a few minutes walk from the center of LBTS and/or beach. Friendly neighbors out walking (if you pick the cooler times of day) along quiet streets with well-maintained properties. Backyard privacy. Perfect for our needs.

We are a family of 4 plus a couple grandparents for part of the trip. What an amazing property! The neighborhood is upscale and safe. 1/2 mile to Publix and a little further to the beach. A friend recommended we check out the Las Olas area and we were very impressed by the shops, restaurants and the like. The house itself was well equipped for toddlers(toys, floats, bunk beds) and adults(Cork screws, lime squeezers, wine fridge, pots and pans). We opted to heat the pool and that meant we spent about 5 hours a day in it. Victor and Carole were great to deal with, but note that they prefer phone calls over texting. Will definitely return someday!

We really enjoyed our warm Christmas vacation. This 3-bedroom is clean, comfortable and beautiful, in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. The pool is a nice bonus. Walking distance to grocery, beach, shops and restaurants. We would love to return someday.

Stayed here June 2021-nice, quiet neighborhood, house was clean and comfy. Grandchildren ages 4 and 11 loved the pool, as did the adults! House was well stocked with pool toys, wagon to take to the beach (about an 8 min. walk), kitchen utensils, etc. -wouldn't hesitate to book this house again. Thanks to our gracious hosts for their hospitality and ease of booking!
