Stayed Nov 20, 2025This property isn't well renovated hotel, converted into a lovely studio space. Located right on the water and in a quieter part of Lauderdale by the Sea and near Pompano, close but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. We truly appreciated the included beach chairs and umbrellas as well as the beach towels. The rest of the unit was nicely appointed with all we needed for a delightful stay. We would love to return here in the future.

Stayed Nov 18, 2021Paul & Bruna were pleasant to communicate with and responsive to text/questions. This place is perfect for 1-2 people looking to be “at the beach”. We enjoyed staying here and would definitely rent this unit again.

Stayed Jul 3, 2019Stood at this location for the week of July 4th and it was worth it nothing beats the ocean view early in the morning and the tranquility you get at this place. The host was incredibly nice and even let us check in early since we caught an early flight communication was top notch and so was the service great for couples I know we loved and enjoyed it if I ever come back to Fort Lauderdale again i will stay at this location.

Stayed Dec 26, 2017The 3rd floor location overlooking the beach was fantastic. Quick on/off the beach. And the beach is nice and quiet, not overcrowded. And reef snorkeling right off the beach. The unit was well furnished and appointed and clean. All the people we met at the complex were very nice. Thank you Paul and Rona
