Paradise found!! Watching the sun rise each day was just spectacular! Susy was a amazing host.and a great communicator. The studio is clean,cozy,comfortable and well stocked. Good location,quiet complex with friendly residents and vacationers.Steps to the sand and ocean! Loved our vacation and booked to return next year. Thanks for opening your !home to us!

The location was perfect, right on the beach and in the middle between downtown Lauderdale-by-the-sea and downtown of Pompano beach. Both hubs were easily accessible by Circuit rides. Took barely a minute to get to the beach!

Amazing unit it had everything we needed to stay for a week.We just booked again for 5- weeks next year based on how wonderful the place, location, beach, pool and the stunning view from our units window.

The condo has been nicely upgraded and very comfortable

We have stayed at this property before but this is the first time we stayed at this particular condo on this property and it was everything the listing said it was great communication with the owner and anybody who's thinking about it should book it

The property was excellently appointed and the host thought of anything you might need. Kitchen had all the amenities needed and the provided beach essentials were great quality too. The sunrises are spectacular! This place will not disappoint you and you can’t beat the private beach.

This beachfront studio has an amazing view. It is located midway between LBTS and Pompano. So close to everything!! I love staying at a low rise property like this because it is so easy to get to the beach. The studio had everything that we needed - beach chairs, beach towels, refrigerator, cooking utensils to make a quick meal. Onsite parking and laundry also a convenient bonus.

Fantastic unit. Very well done, very clean, felt just like home. Host Suzy very accommodating, excellent communication, very helpful with information and responsive to all questions and made sure our stay was the best it could be. Highly recommend this host, her unit and this beachside paradise. Everything we imagined it would be.

This host thought of everything! I don’t think we’ve ever stayed at a property that was put together this well! Everything in the entire property was extremely clean, and in perfect working order! Every detail as far as what a traveler may need (or forget to pack) was thought of by this host!! Communication before, during and at the end of our stay was amazing-the best we have ever experienced to date! This is our second time staying on a property with this host and both experiences were stellar! We will be staying here again for sure…only longer next time!

this was such a great getaway for us. so relaxing. everything was as described, or better. susy was very helpful and responsive to my silly questions. and we enjoyed it all so much, that before we left, we booked it again for a year from now :)very clean and beautiful and well-equipped. fantastic view!

I’ve stayed in this building in the past. You can’t find a better location! The beach & ocean are right outside your door and there‘s a heated pool on the opposite side. Unit was immaculate & newly renovated. The owner was always available to answer questions. Definitely plan to return.

Great place to stay with amazing views. The property had everything we needed including beach chairs and patio chairs. There is a coffee pot and a kurig which was nice to enjoy a cup of hot coffee while watching the sunrise from the pop up table overlooking the ocean.
