Stayed Jun 17, 2025Everything was oke, but to get into the nice garden is difficult. For breakfast we put everything in a backpack. The breakfast that was readty in the apartment was fantastic.

Stayed Oct 19, 2024We really enjoyed our stay in this special apartment. Quiet. Clean. Comfortable. Lots of attention to detail. Special touches to make us feel at home. And Valentina was very responsive whenever to the few questions we had, and when internet access went out briefly. All in all, recommend it highly.

Stayed Oct 9, 2023The view alone is worth staying in this apartment. San Ginesio is a lovely small hilltop city and we were right in the heart of it. The apartment is beautifully appointed and Valentina has done a wonderful job of stocking it with the necessities for a comfortable stay. Everything is within walking distance and parking was less than a block away. Great place to stay.
