Peaceful, close to nature, top quality construction ideal also for winter holidays as the house has underfloor heating. Eric's retreat is ideal for a couple that wish to have a very comfortable, relaxing and cozy enviroment. It could accommodate up to 4 people (2 adults + 2 kids) with the necessary prior agreement. The fee refers for a rental of 2 people.

In case you need more space could be combined with Meli's retreat next to it. Accommodation of both house up to 7-9 people.

Other things to note
Relax and enjoy the home feeling, outdoor landscape and sea view from the terrace and garden.

The house is completely cleaned and laundry changed once a week.
If you wish frequent cleaning, you can book additional, for an extra charge of 30,00€ per cleaning.

Who would like to wash his laundry, can do this gladly after previous arrangement for a fee of 40,00€ inclusive detergent per stay from 4 to 7 days!
