Equipped 3bd/2ba Home with Private Backyard Oasis, Comfort & Convenience Await!

This is a great little house in a convenient neighbourhood. There is grocery and amenity shopping within walking distance. The house is quiet. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, a garage and a fenced yard. Everything is comfortable and in working order. The owners have thought of every detail we could need for our stay.

This home met all of our needs! It was in the perfect location, the home was clean and well stocked and the check out process was so easy compared to other homes we've stayed at. Also, Nathaniel was so easy to work with! We will definitely book this home on our return trip back to Portland!

Incredible house. Well-maintained and equipped, thouhtfully stocked. We hosted several holiday dinners with extended family, up to 13 people (only 4 of us actually stayed st the house). Plenty of room. Had family bring additional dishes and silverware, but cooking and serving equipment was ample. Two bedrooms also had desks, which worked great for a little remote work. Yard was awsome for our dog, if a bit wet. It was not hard to keep him out of the small pond, but your mileage may vary. Pool table and air hocky were miniatures that went with the foosball table. Not a big deal for us, but be aware.Great TV setup, but be sure to sign out of your subscriptions before you leave.Overall, great stay with family for the holidays.

The bathroom temperture during shower was a major problem as the temperature was either very hot or very cold.Trying to control the temperature during shower time was a major problem. Otherwise, place was clean, we just needed to air out the place. Also, complete instruction manual on what to do as we leave the premise was not available.

Easy process,

House was easy to find, very clean and comfortable. Grocery shopping and restaurants were close by.

Check in and check out process was a breeze and our friendly host, Nathaniel, was exceptionally responsive to our questions. We were able to park in the garage, making loading and unloading our car much easier. The house was clean, quiet, very well stocked, and the location was outstanding, near Fred Meyer, Walmart, Costco, Planet Fitness, many restaurants, ...., and Washington Square Mall. We enjoyed the peaceful backyard with a water feature and played cornhole with our kids and grandkids. Split AC in every room and it worked great during the occasional hot spell. A great place to stay and we hope to come back in the future.

Clean and comfortable. Convenient location to shopping and freeway. The garage was a huge help as we were moving our kid out of the college dorm. Nice large fenced yard. A little noise from the neighbor next door banging on things - but not enough to To disturb our stay. We would definitely stay again!

This home fit our needs perfectly. We arrived in Oregon in our motorhome for a family event. We wanted a vrbo to share with 2 other adults who would have to work remotely during our stay. Not only was there a space on the side to park our RV, but each bedroom had a desk which was perfect for working from their computers. The only reason for 4 stars for listing accuracy is that a hot tub was listed in the amenities, but there wasn’t one. When asked about it, the owner apologized and stated that it was a mistake in the listing. Overall, a very nice place.

Especially enjoyed the large (seats 8) dining table,
