Stayed Oct 17, 2025We absolutely loved our stay at this peaceful, family-friendly property near the Clutha River. The house had a great layout and a large fenced yard, perfect for pets and children. The garden was beautiful, and the log burner made evenings warm and cozy.The location was ideal, close to both Wānaka but still quiet and rural. Being right by the river was a highlight; we took the dinghy out several times and loved exploring. There’s a huge walking trail and dog park just outside the door. It’s also really close to some great rock climbing areas, which was a bonus!The kitchen was well equipped, the gas hot water endless, and the home had everything we needed for a relaxing, nature-filled getaway. We’d definitely stay again!

Stayed Jul 7, 2024Great location to drive and see a bit of the region or just walk out the front door and do the beautiful river walk. Very dog friendly neighbourhood. Close to ski fields and Wanaka. House very tidy and easy to get cosy in the winter. Perfect getaway for our family.
