Located beside the upper Clutha River in Albert Town, Wānaka. Our terraced townhouse is perfectly located in the Riverside Residences development of holiday homes. Just five minutes’ drive from central Wānaka and half an hour from Treble Cone and Cardrona Ski Fields. An ideal spot for all seasons.

With all the comforts of home, you'll also enjoy the local patisserie for freshly brewed coffee and yummy pastries, tavern, takeaway and mini-supermarket at your doorstep.
The space
Modern, open plan living area, half bathroom and laundry downstairs. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs - the master bedroom has a comfortable queen-sized bed, while the other bedroom can be configured with either a king-size bed or two single beds (let the host know your preference). There is air-conditioning throughout to make your stay comfortable all year round. In winter you can also relax in front of the gas fireplace with your favourite book. There is also a fully fenced yard and patio area, a great place to enjoy a BBQ or two.

    The space was quite tidy and clean. Loves the location — being so close to Wanaka and also walkable to a very cute patisserie for coffee tin the morning.

    We stopped here for our July school holidays. We found it a great spot, a little out of the hustle and bustle but right next to a great patisserie and central to lots of things. The house was very impressive with enough room for our family of four and snow gear. It was great being able to take a stroll along the Clutha River that’s just a minute away. I hope to return in the not too distant future.

    Great location with the bike trail at the back door. Can store bikes in the back yard by locking the gates. Had everything we needed for a family.
